Room basic but fine. Reasonable value. Hated floor to downstairs lift and narrow corridors and different floor levels - all very hard with a suitcase. Looks shabby outside.

Very clean, comfortable room, helpful reception staff (English speaking). Good breakfast included in price. Totally functional. Reasonable price given that Amiens is generally expensive. More suited to overnight business trips (free WiFi) than leisure in our opinion. No restaurant, lounge etc. Difficult to find a good eating place. Parking can be a little tricky.

Helpful and knowledgable staff. Room was large and clean and attractive. Breakfast was healthy. We had two rooms, a double directly below the family room for 4; you could hear everything going on in top room. The mattresses were real hard on the larger beds. We had to have the windows opened, so the noise from the street below was heard, as the air conditioning was not working. We did not ask for assistance or for extra towels since only 2 large were supplied for a foursome. We enjoyed our stay regardless.

The location, the rooms and the service was excellent. My bathroom at times had a bad smell coming from the drain which would make the whole room smell.

Good location, simple clean rooms, freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, nice interior courtyard, tea, coffee and water tray at the reception for guests at times. Bathroom tiles and joints do not look shiny. Missed eggs in any form for breakfast.

I have to say that the staff really made the stay so nice. The hotel provides free unlimited Wi Fi from any room so I was able to make all my forward travel arrangements as well as keep in touch with e-mails - so important when traveling alone.. I deliberately chose this hotel because the All Seasons in Paris had the same free Wi Fi service. However as I said the staff really made the difference in the end. It is well located not far from the Cathedral and restaurants and importantly there is a car park at the front. Any time purchased ceases at 7.00 P.M. and is automatically added to the next day so that means it isnt necessary to run out early the next morning. A great place and I will stay there again.

The hotel staff were helpful and the location of the hotel was very good with a short walk to the city. Breakfast was typically French, WiFi was good, parking was a problem just like most European city locations. The rooms could do with a refurbishment as they are starting to show there age.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the All Seasons. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and were also fluent in English. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the town and accessing the bus and train services. The rooms were on the small side but clean and reasonably well appointed. The inclusive breakfast was a bonus as was the availability of free coffee and tea in the foyer. Would recommend to anyone visiting Amiens.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect for walking into and around Amiens town. 2 mins to Cathedral. Amiens itself was a pleasant suprise for its interest, cleanliness and variety of scenery (canals everywhere) and eateries. Realised after the first night that we had been given a lower grade of rooms from those booked. Manager quickly acknowledged mistake and offered us (two couples) upgrades to best rooms in house plus a peacemaking drink as unable to make any kind of refund . We accepted. Breakfast was very limited indeed. Whole hotel seemed in need of sprucing up. Cleanliness of rooms only just adequate.

The location was excellent for exploring the city, I even have a view of the cathedral from my window which was great! The room was clean and modern, with nice wood beam ceilings. Breakfast was included in the price, which is very rare in France! I would have liked tea making facilities in the room, but they did have it available by the reception until 10 pm.

Receptionist helpful and made a good recommendation for evening meal. Room clean Room small, no amenities in room. Shower was like a hose and not properly fixed to rail. 2 occupants in the room, however only 1 bottle of water. Bed very hard. Breakfast meagre and badly organised, the bread was the worst that I have ever had in France. Very very poor value for money

There wasn't anything particularly outstanding, all was OK. Width of (carpeted) hallway to room is far to tight, safety concerns in case of fire as a sprinkler installation seems to be lacking, no clear guidance system in place (in case of -poisonous- smoke) toward staircase and/or elevator! + after summer rainstorm, the lobby was inundated with rainwater coming from the patio...
