Quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel pet friendly. Choice at breakfast good and available early. Close to amenities. Lovely large bed. Free wi fi easily received.

Would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in our room rather than in the foyer. Cathedral was our landmark. Would like a few more signs to find hotel. Got lost in the dark when returning to hotel in the evening.

Excellent location for restaurants around the canal area and the beautiful cathedral. The centre of town with numerous shops only a ten minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were very polite, friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was adequate.

In city centre and 10 mins walk from many local restaurants along the river. (there is no hotel restaurant). Only 1.5 hours from Calais and easy to find following centre ville signs and then the hotel signs. Pleasant ambience and staff. Breakfast more than adequate.

Room was small but comfortable. The en-suite had been built into an original room. We felt is was expensive. The rooms have wifi but in the foyer there is a public terminal.

Excellent setting , clean handy hotel for over night stay

Was good but would suggest two things . We booked with four seasons hotel . Noone told us name had changed . We arrived with sat nav right outside . It was only because I saw the acour sign that I went to ask where it was. They said then the name had changed. Amazing huge lovely bed but why put those tiny cushion pillows on it !!!! Get some good pillows otherwise great !!!

A quirky hotel, we were in a room in the older part with large beams modern colourful furniture and designer wallpaper. Well equiped with a great bathroom and shower. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great location for all the main sights in Amiens. We were lucky with parking outside the hotel which is free overnight

Great location in the heart of Amiens. Walking distance to cathedral and restaurants.

Hotel needs renovation. Bathrooms are old and shower tile is disgusting. Beds are not comfortable. This hotel is overpriced for what you get.

The hotel was in a great location, central to everything that we wanted to see and the staff were more than helpful. Parking in front of the hotel was great and free from 7pm till 9am. The room was very good although a little cramped but probably only because of the amount of stuff we had to bring in with a small child. One plus point was the free wifi throughout the hotel.

Nice modern rooms, very friendly and knowledgeable hotel manager. Safe parking as the hotel is opposite to the police station. 5 minutes walking to the city centre and the cathedral square.

The bathroom needed some maintenaince (too much kit..)

We've stayed here previously and the facilities and good value are good as ever. Clean comfortable rooms and very good breakfast menu still make for a very enjoyable stay. Friendly, efficient staff. Friends were very impressed overall with the hotel.

Location is very central and walking distance to city centre. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms have excellent facilities with good water pressure and hot water. Free wifi. Windows open out - love this fresh air. Breakfast included with a good variety of food. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend.

The reception staff were very welcoming. They were able to show us secure parking for the motorbike and gave fresh water to clean it down with. The room was very large - bed comfy - shower hot and strong. The breakfast was ample.

No Drambuie liquor in bar but Bailey's Irish Cream was fine!!!

Excellent breakfast, continental of course but inlcuding mixed prepared fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, good bread and good cheese.

Great location. Nice staff. Nice clean, large room with bath.

Room not ready when we arrived at 2pm.. Had to wait over 1 hour although they provided us with a drink. It was hot weather and their air conditioner was turned off. Our room was in the attic so it was very hot so they gave us a fan. We complained because it was just too uncomfortable so they finally relented and put the air conditioner on. Must be trying to save on electricity.

Room basic but fine. Reasonable value.

Hated floor to downstairs lift and narrow corridors and different floor levels - all very hard with a suitcase. Looks shabby outside.

Good location, friendly unpretentious little hotel for a short stay.Very accomodating staff.

Very clean, comfortable room, helpful reception staff (English speaking). Good breakfast included in price. Totally functional. Reasonable price given that Amiens is generally expensive. More suited to overnight business trips (free WiFi) than leisure in our opinion.

No restaurant, lounge etc. Difficult to find a good eating place. Parking can be a little tricky.
