Very Good Location, Staff very nice and helpful. Have a lot of restaurant, minimarket can walk.

The hotel needs to be renovated. The rooms look really old and in our room, the false wall had been constructed so sloppily that the wall wasn't even straight. Our toilet didn't flush properly and I think it overflowed at some point in the night. The paint was pealing in some parts and in other parts the humidity caused the paint to bubble up. The service provided by the night clerk was not very good. He was quite rude when we requested for an extra blanket.

- Before we arrived, the hotel GM sent us email, offer us to provide extra bed for free, for our 6 years old daughter. I failed to reply, but when we arrive at the hotel, the extra bed already prepared for us. What an excellent service. - The staff is friendly, speak English fluently and helpful. - Very good location, few meters walk to the entrance of Gare de'Lest station. - Even though the room is quite small for 3 of us, but it was very clean and well maintained.

- Difficult to access wifi from the room. But the staff admit that & give solution for us to access wifi from the lobby. It's not really trouble us actually.

Bed matresses need renewing. Rooms would benefit from tea making facilities. A recommended list of good value restaurants nearby would be useful.

Most of the front desk staff were friendly.

Even though we were staying 6 nights, we were given one of the smallest rooms. The bathroom door was only a couple of feet from the head of the bed and the smells that came up through the drains were overpowering. The pillows were really old and smelly. They should have been replaced years ago. The bed was not comfortable. The paint in the room was peeling. The wallpaper was torn. The shower was mouldy. There was no shower pressure to speak of so you had to shower with only a dribble of water.

Friendly and proffessional staff. Great location close to train station and metro. very clean. Good shower. The price (included breakfast) was excellent for Paris.

Very old hotel, floors are like falling. In this price you get better and new hotels in same location.

The personnel was very kind.They did their best to make us feel home. The location is what really counts nest to the main station.

The restaurant very small almost everyday we had to wait for an empty table. I think they should find a way to expand it. The quality of breakfast good . of course with the price they have you cannot expect a larger variety.

for a 2 stars hotel, it is excellent. the location is also very good just near the metro station and it is also in the centre.

Room was a little bit smelly not sure if it was smoking smell or similar to that. only one power outlet in the room used for the TV and another one in the bathroom so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom!. I suggest to have this hotel renovated a bit giving the excellent location and to avoid any negative feedbacks.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast simple but value for money. Fresh goods and fruit. Quiet due to good double glazing which was good as hotel situated at a bus stop and opposite to rail station. This also good as easy access to rail,metro and bus. Would recommend.

the room has no hairdryer, we ask for hot water in the afternoon and they said it was only available in breakfast. the nearly neighborghood was not ver nice, but its totally bypassable with the underground

This was our second stay at the Amiot. We like the friendly service and the locality. The nearby cafes are great and the metro is almost at the front door.

The building is old and the amenities are old - but it is clean, and for that price you can't complain.

Location, Location, Location. Metro stop was right outside the door. 5 Minute walk to train station.

Very convenient for Gare du Nord & City centre. Accommodation was very good for the price charged.

The breakfast was very good although the space available was rather crowded ( the Hotel being fully booked).

Breakfest room was too narrow!!! there was not posible to sit at the table - so narrow there was!!!

Guy on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Across the road from the Gare de L'Est station. Close to the Metro.

Rooms was also for smokers.

Very poor isolated, you hear every conversation from other rooms. Poor Breakfast : bread,croissant, butter and jam.
