The pool was nice and the location is a little bit far from center but has a close metro station

Worst hotel service I had in my life. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Not clean, not comfortable. When I returned from a walk a even had a cat in my bed... Unbeliavable. Even with the cat story, they´ve tried to charge me one more night and after I tried to explain more than 10 times that they were wrong finally they realized they had a mistake.

Location is my favorite

Friendly staff, close to metro, relaxed atmosphere, swimming pool.

Breakfast expensive. Lots of cafés nearby though.

It is conveniently situated and close to a metro station and bus stop. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms are rather small, and they were not accommodating to the fact that I was a solo traveller and charged me for a double occupancy. Also, no English TV channels.

Clean Room, friendly staff. The rooms are small but thatnis not a problem if younusevthe hotel just forbspendingbthe night.

Nothing really to comment except don't expect business-level service, it's a bit of a local hotel and that showed.

Good Pool in the centre of Paris

"Fitness Centre" bit of a let down, not really usable.

Room was small, but terrace was superbly nice during our summer days. Friendly and accommodating staff...

Batrroom lacked shower curtains ... And more towel hangers. Inside Doorhandle hanging down, was explained as necessary because of thieves!!! Dangerous because your fingers could get caught in handle. Taxi ordered to. Airport was a not real taxi, did not accept credit cards and charged 18 euro more than when we arrived. I. Specifically asked the desk staff for credit cards... The driver told he wasn't informed and did not bring his machine..

Location was Ok, Room was kinda new or at least it didn't look old. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean but it wasn't the cleanest. I think the bed and shower could use more cleaning. The parking space is very limited.

Location and the staff. In particular night shift had good personnel. Very close to metro station and convenience shops. Everything was clean and the staff quite friendly. We had a good time. A big plus is the hotel,s parking which was very handy for us to park our car and have peace of mind. I recommend it to all.

We only stayed three days which is rather short to give more comments.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.My hotel room was spotless and everything was in working order.They even left out a white dressing gown and slippers for me...They were tea making facilites in the room, were a great range of hot drinks could be made.The hotel is also right next door to the metro system,which provides a quick and regular mode of transport to travel to the centre of Paris very easily..Their are also many different shops,restaurants,etc near by.

Nicely decorated SPA with indoor swimming pool and garden in the center of Paris. Room with a nice bathroom, kettle/tea/coffea very well located in Paris downtown, next to metro station. The price was nice but I have been upgraded to a double room.

Nice clean rooms, staff was polite. Not very often you get a kettle in the room in france or eggs at breakfast, that was great. Stayed there as it is a few minutes away from the client I had a meeting with

But I don't think it's a very good location if you are visiting paris and want to be where the action is. Also, I woudn't call the three equipment a gym, not sure they are actually very safe to use.

Good location near metro and activities. acceptable size room, relative to Paris. Scarce, though helpful staff.

Very limited staff that, though willing to help, had hard time to cope with many issues. Constant safe problems. Old and broken bath equipement.
