If you use this hotel and ask for taxi's. Tell them if you don't want a pirate, you want an officiel taxi, otherwise you risk they order this kind.

Hotel staff were fantastic. The swimming pool would be a bit too small if more than three adults were in it at the same time. Luckily it was just my husband and I.

Good atmosphere, good breakfast, and a pool. Why not renew the coffee and tea supplies every day?

Before we arrived we had read many adverse comments about the hotel. To our delight, these comments were unjustified. Staff ever so polite and helpful. Pool more than big enough. Rooms although small, clean and proportionate to Paris. Location, fantastic and less than 500 yards to Italia2 ( massive shopping centre with over 200 brand shops). Will be back for sure.

I loved the fact that we received free French magazines and there were a variety to pick from. I also really liked the front desk young girl; I think her name was Marina or something like that. She was so sweet and accommodating.

It was near the metro station and surrounded by nice bakeries and near the oriental district with excellent restaurants. Also it had a nice swimming pool. The room was far too small. The safe in the room wouldnt work and nobody had an idea how to make it work.Breakfest price was crazy so we had breakfest for half the price in a place just outside the hotel.

Its a small hotel that has great rooms and a pool but little else. Theres no bar to speake of, cans in a fridge and a couple of tables. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is help yourself and theres plenty of to chouse from and at £14 ahead is cheap for Paris. Macdonalds is 100 yards away and there a great cafe bar which does great foot next to it.

Excellent connection with the autoroute to Southern/Western France and still really in Paris. The hotel has private parking. A typical Parisian café with very friendly service and excellent food is at 2 minutes walking from the hotel next to the metro entrance. We booked a Nelson "upgraded" room, which is pretty basic, like a room at Ibis. Check-out was clumsy - took 10 minutes also because of poor instruction about how to get out of the garage. During the evening, one has to walk in pitch dark from the car to the sortie and as I came out it was in the middle of the garden, some kind of emergeny exit. Take a flashlight - this silly situation exists for over 3 years now. cups, tea and coffee all present, but no water cooker. No orange juice, they had forgotten to buy oranges.

This was nice small hotel. At least our room with balcony was nice and quiet. The room was not big but it was modern and clean. The bed was not suitable for very tall or big people, but otherwise it was very good. Metro station is close and there are some restaurants and small shops also next to the hotel.

We had 2 visits to the above hotel. First time round, we were given a lovely quiet room in the rear section of the hotel and had peace and quiet after our long flight from Perth. The second time round we were given a room on the street side of the hotel which was awful - it felt like the traffic was driving through the room all through the night. When we asked to change rooms the following morning, we had to pay in an additional E25.00/night to get our original room even though the hotel was relatively empty on both our visits. Will certainly consider a different chain next time round as this was not a pleasant experience with the front desk. The room fridge did not work on our first visit and despite reporting the matter did not work on our second visit either. There was no tea-pot in our room on the second visit (found it under the bath panel in the bathroom) and the complimentary tea/coffee was not replenished during our visits. The milk supplied for the tea had congealed and gone off.

Very nice pool. Good balcony on the western side (with access for everybody). Perfect to relax in the afternoon / evening sun. Breakfast looks fine, but is quite steep at 20 Euro. Plenty of bakeries nearby, and the room has coffee / tea facilities, so this is a good and cheap alternative

The hotel staff was very friendly and nice. The location is convenient as very close to the tube station. Also, the car park was close to the hotel. We stayed just for the week end with no time to use other facilities (e.g. swimming pool and gym).

The pool is very nice. The location of the hotel is nice if you like the china town, as we do, but it is far off if you like to visit the usual Paris attractions Eiffel tower, Champs Elysse, Louvren and so on. The staff is very helpful and service minded. The parking in the hotel is very narrow for a suv but works.

The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size and the staff were pleasant and helpful. For the price you pay, you are located a fair distance out of the heart of Paris. Also, our room shower head was broken, therefore the water sprayed all over the bathroom and you had to hold the shower head, the carpet near the bathroom became wet after using the shower as it leaked through the plumbing, the wifi and cable internet did not work and lastly a fire alarm went off at 7 am, when it was finally turned off, it then went off again three more times. This went on for nearly 45 minutes. I would not usually complain about one of these problems but as there were so many for what was meant to be an average to good hotel I am a little disappointed.

Jean-Jaques the front-of-house-concierge. he is a wonderful ambassador for you and should be considered for advancement in that area; dealing with people face-to-face. His English is superb. The lift lobby on the 1st floor was in darkness and required knowledge of where the light switch was located. It should be triggered automatically upon movement in thee lobby. Otherwise the lobby is quite dangerous. People can trip, fall, etc.
