Old fashioned traditional style bedroom. Personal service and attention at breakfast. Noisy street during the later evening hours, 2 hours max. on-street parking locally, payable up to 7.00pm exc. Sunday. Creaky floor boards.

The member of staff that dealt with us was very helpful. This hotel is a little frayed around the edges. Some of the things could have been rectified at little cost, E.G. two loose tiles in the bathroom and a broken shower fitment. A coat of paint on the outside and the removal of dead plants in the window boxes would improve the look of the hotel.

The old style of the hotel was nice and it was quite near to city centre. The miss of own parking place is pity. The hotel should have a contract with the parking house of station, so that customs would get some special prices. The price for child´s breakfast was higher than elsewere in Normandy.

Benjamin, who welcomed us was very friendly and provided us with lots of useful information about the town. It was especially useful to know where to eat as it was a Monday - when lots of restaurants are closed. Couldn't want for a better welcome and he made us feel right at home. Location is fabulously close the train station, in a side street, so we didn't have to carry heavy bags around town, nor get a taxi. Quirky old style hotel - not modern at all. A bit noisy in the morning - could do with double glazing.

The location is good, really close to the railway station, easy access to everything. Very well priced. The staff is very friendly and they really go out of their way to help. The hotel and rooms could use a renovation.

Very friendly and accomodating staff, excellent location opposite the train station and 10 minutes walk to all the tourist spots. No hairdryer (a problem for me with very long hair!), breakfast was nice but not much variety (lots of bread!).

The staff endeavoured to make my stay a welcoming one. I made a mistake by choosing this hotel. I chose it because of its location and good reviews but I am not used to staying in small French budget hotels and it really was too basic for my taste. Being coeliac I got no breakfast and there was no heating in the bathroom.

オーナーは親切で日本語のガイドブックも準備されており、準備なしでも観光に不便は感じなかった。駅から徒- 歩１分で場所も分かりやすい。朝食は７．５ユーロでオレンジＪ＋コーヒー＋３種類のジャム＋バター＋カップ- のヨーグルト＋パン食べ放題です。フルーツとおかずはありません。外で食べた方が良いですね。近くを歩くと- ツイン６０ユーロ程度のホテルはたくさんありました。 決して悪はありませんがベストチョイスでは無いかも・・・・。

駅からとても近い点が良かった。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーです。 建物は古いのですが、部屋はきれいに清掃されています。 私が宿泊した部屋は、浴室が改装されていて快適でした。 価格重視の方には良いかもしれません。 部屋のドアノブが取れてしまったので、セキュリティが心配でした。 （外との出入り口はロックが掛かっていますが） また、バスタオルのみだったので、フェイスタオルも用意して欲しいです。

ルーアン駅から近いです。またホテルスタッフの方がとても親切。みずからルーアン観光について説明してくれ- ました。部屋は古いのですが、インテリアのセンスのよさでカヴァーできてました。 鍵が締めにくくてコツがいります。

Ottima posizione per visitare la città!, E poi è vicinissimo al parcheggio della stazione, inoltre il personale è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo... Pero purtroppo l'albergo è decadente: cigola tutto ed è sporco.....
