Staff extremely welcoming. Excellent meal. Stairs are difficult for my wife so having lift access to room was most welcome. |

Convenience to autoroute and Riom. The facility of a lift to the upper floors. A good buffet breakfast. Reasonably priced menus and pichets of wine. Restaurant service was less than elegant. No seats outside in the extensive grounds. |

Le calme de la chambre. La proximité de l'autoroute. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Le parking fermé la nuit, idéal pour la moto. L'accueil poli et courtois à défaut d'être chaleureux (les motards ne sont peut-être pas dans la clientèle privilégiée?!). |

we hadden een familiekamer gereserveerd en ook gevraagd voor een babybed voor onze jongste dit stond niet op de kamer bij aankomst maar werd onmiddellijk rechtgezet hoewel we pas 's nachts toekwamen |

Vooral het zaalpersoneel in het restaurant was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we hebben er een genoten van een heerlijk avondmaal en rustige nacht na een dag in de wagen op reis naar het zuiden mijn echtgenoot vond het beleg bij het ontbijt maar povertjes,daar hij niet zo van zoet houdt en liever een stukje worst of zo heeft |
