We thought the location to be good in relation to our needs which were to visit the Scantuaries. It was in a fairly quiet area. Our sleep is IMPORTANT.tHE hotel provided a good breakfast which got us off to a good start in the day and helped offset food cost overall..My only complaint if any was the menu for the evening meal, which was good , once, but it did not change. |

The hotel staff were very cordial. Especially one staff member named Joanna, went out of her way to help us out. She answered all our questions and was more than eager to help us out. Joanna is truly a blessing to Hotel Angelic. The breakfast was also very sumptous and had a good variety of items. |

Me ha gustado la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno es muy completo y personalizado (es la primera vez que al llegar al salón me encuentro con una mesa personalizada con mi nombre). Quiero aclararlo porque he visto algunas quejas de otros clientes en cuanto a lo escaso del desayuno que no se corresponden con lo que yo he vivido. Si bien el personal trata de evitar el fallo, entiendo que el método del desayuno debería modificarse en cuanto a tener algún tipo de máquina que mantenga caliente el café, leche y agua para infusiones. Sino indefectiblemente siempre estará frío o tibio. Es un punto a mejorar fácilmente. Se podría agregar una pequeña nevera en las habitaciones lo que permitiría tener algo de agua fresca durante la noche. |

Amabilidad de las señoras que atienden la recepción, tanto de día como de la tarde y la comida muy buena. Si, que durante nuestra estancia, no nos limpiaron la habitación. Llegamos un viernes a la tarde, las camas estaban bien, con sábanas limpias pero nos llamó la atención que el suelo estaba sucio. El sábado al mediodía, cuando llegamos de la Gruta vimos que no nos limpiaron ni el baño ni la habitación y así seguimos todo el día. Nos acostamos y tuvimos que hacer nuestras respectivas camas. Realmente sentimos dejar el baño un poco sucio y con el cesto pequeñito en él con basuras |
