Reception very helpful. Junior suite extremely comfortable, nice too have two rooms with two TVs. Very tight parking. Not for the larger vechicle.Coffee machine in room far too complicated to get coffee from! Poor standard of service & food in dining room. They totally forgot our main course, we went from starter to sweet in just over the hour! Food just okay, and not special as the price should demand. Plat de Jour basic dry chichen & chips, no better than self service motorway standard, in fact had better on the motorway! |

Secure parking, breakfast good, near the town centre close to restaurants and bars, big room The water pressure was not great that meant the shower was poor and it would take an age to fill the bath. |

As the name might suggest, the hotel has an excellent location for Angers. In my experience, the staff were excellent too. Overall, I'd look forward to going back and hope to do so. |

The location is good, abutting the botanical gardens, and within easy walking distance of everything. Room security needs to be improved. The door had a flimsy standard key-operated lock, and there was no security safe in the room. |

Rooms are modern and contemporary and very clean.Staff helpful and underground parking very useful. With the current exchange rate of approx £1 - EUR1, breakfast is very expensive at EUR 15. The 'smaller' breakfast of just coffee, croissant and orange juice is EUR 8......not good value for UK travellers at this time !! |

La situation centrale (5 mins à pieds du centre-ville) et surtout la tranquillité des lieux (chambre privilège côté jardin). Jamais eu dans ma vie une chambre si au calme! Bonne literie. |

Confort et design de la chambre, proche du centre ville . Le prix de la prestation petit déjeuner 15 € pour moi qui ne prends qu'un café avec une tartine de pain. Un peu excessif et sans négociation possible a la réception. |

Personnel très avenant, chambre particulièrement confortable. Parking fermé. Le Wifi par Orange hors de prix et lent quand la plupart des concurrents proposent du Wifi rapide et gratuit. |

Nous avons aime la deco toute recente et tres jolie seul bemol unmercurese doit d avoir toujours la wifi gratuite dans la chambre comme on le trouve dans les b and B..... Re la wifi payante |

L'hôtel est proche du centre ville. Pour les voyages affaires, l'hôtel peut être très intéressant puisqu'il se trouve juste à côté du centre de congrès. Chambre pas assez insonorisée. Pas de wi-fi gratuit. Sur le téléphone de chambre était 1/2 cm de poussière. La salle de bains n'était pas assez propre. Les chambres et la salle de bains mériteraient une rénovation. |

Hotel muito bom, quarto confortável, funcionários muito atenciosos. O quarto ao lado deixou uma bandeja no chão do corredor e aquela bandeja ficou lá de um dia para o outro sem que ninguem recolhesse. |

El hotel estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones bien, algunas recién reformadas muy bonitas y modernas, y situado casi en el centro, se puede acceder a pie a toda la zona antigua. El precio algo elevado. Los días que coincidieron con una feria con gran ocupación hotelera costaban casi el doble que los días que no. |

la décoration de la chambre , les matériaux utilisés et les couleurs donnaient une impression de confort et d élégance simple et raffinée à la fois. Juste une remarque : la taille de la chambre : petite mais fort bien utilisée par la manière de placer les différents éléments. |

camere confortevoli, bagno spazioso, la prima colazione ottima con un bel buffet molto vario, la qualità del ristorante e l'ampio garage interno. che il locale wc non avesse un lavandino per lavarsi le mani senza dover passare per il bagno (difetto peraltro abbastanza comune in hotel che hanno adottato questa soluzione strutturale) |
