Restaurant was good. Nice pool. Some of the other rooms looked nice. I booked a Garden view room / Cour Interieur / Uitzicht op Tuin. Warning: this is the hotel's version of a really tiny budget room. It doesn't look very small in the picture, because the double bed is also tiny. The bathroom was also tiny (only possible to sit sideways on the toilet), the shower was rubbish - there no where to hang the shower head, and the showercurtain was far too long a dangerous slip hazard as well as almost guaranteeing you will flood the bathroom when you shower. Finally - the room did not have fixed internet (as promised in the booking), although this is available elsewhere in the hotel. I paid eur 75 for one night. Unless you desperately want the pool, I would recommend going somewhere else. |

Location was ok. Far away from the city, where I needed quiet time for my race. Saturday night, wedding party, music really laud and couldnt sleep. |

A good hotel with friendly staff. Fair clean and safe. Good opportunities to reach by car and parking at the yard. A plus for the pool and sun loungers. A big minus is that the refrigerator in the room were turned off to ensure that the guests could not have chilled drinks on the room. - If I choose another hotel next time it is for this small-mindedness. |

Excellent restaurant, delicious food and excellent value for money. Also check out Lolita who works in the restaurant, a beautiful and intelligent girl who was also incredibly friendly and helpful. For sure this was the highlight of my stay! Don't forget, any time you want to come and work for me Lolita..................... Apart from the superb restaurant however I though the hotel was rather poor. No internet in room despite advertising to the contrary. In room sockets were falling out of the wall leaving exposed 220v 3 phase wiring. This is extremely dangerous especially if you were a couple using the room with young children and would definitely not be allowed in England for safety reasons. |

Staff so attentive, clean, safe and convenient for visiting the area by car. Slightly far from centre of Nice to walk everywhere but perfect to have car parking available included in rate. WIFI only available in reception, would prefer in the room but I would stay at the hotel again disregarding this fact. |

Some staff were excellent whereas others were indifferent. The first evening meal we had was memorable whereas the second was not very good - a different chef ? The rooms were clean and the hotel was comfortable. The garden and pool were excellent. Some hotel staff were not interested in their customers whereas others were very pleasant and helpfull - what a contrast ! |

Small hotel near airport so out of the main centre of Nice. Room was small but comfortable.Pool was private and relaxing. Nice restaurant but no bars snacks available during day only restaurant meals. Supermarket and restaurants 10 mins walk from hotel. No buses from town centre after 21:00 in evening and taxi cost 20 euros for 10 min during. |

It's interior is decorated in gamesome tao style. Reception works 24 hours a day. It has nice outdoor pool and green backyard. Food is ok for fair prices. On the arrival night the receptionist was very charming. Wi-fi is free and fast. Most of the staff do not speak English. Vicinity to the noisy airport. |

The ANIS is a charming hotel with nice dining and several seating areas in the lobby where your small group can converse. The atmosphere was such that I wouldn't have been surprised to see Humphrey Bogart there. There is a nice garden area outside with interesting plants including a Magnolia. The gratis PCs and internet availability were nice. Ease of parking was a plus. |
