ANIS Hotel  

Good value for money close to everything!

Oh, my personal taste is a friendly 3 star hotel, preferably with restaurant, taste of the past, beautiful situation, good beds, friendly staff, no luxury but everything acceptable. This one excelled in having pool, a lush "park" - and I evaluated each plant and compared how plants grow in Spain, sometime better, sometimes worse, always well kept. The staff were all pleasant and I was close on admitting that the price was too modest. I said the beef was tough, my family shut me up at that point, so I shall bee silent. A blot, not on the hotel, but on NIce Taxi, was that the young man in the handsome Audi estate, estimated the 2 mile trip to the airport of my daughtert at 35.

The purpose of staying here was so that we were close to the airport for our flights the next day. Bus stops on the promenade are 5 min walk away. Buses into Nice were €1 and to the airport were €4.

The rooms are small and the walls don't mask any noises from adjacent rooms, but it really didn't matter as we were knackered and slept through!

The bed was not the most comfortable and a double bed would have been more appreciated as, since I was alone, the other single bed was "wasted".

The hotel was nice and the pool area was very inviting. The breakfast was very nice. The good looks of the rooms on the website didn't correspond with the actual experience!

The room we had was very small.The bed was very short and narrow for 2 people. It was definitely not a queensize bed! The bathroom was so tiny and uncomfortable. The sewer was smelly and the humidiy had destroyed the door. The shower curtain was not clean. It was not possible to change the room. I will not give the room more than one/1 star as it needs refurbishing. Hopefully they have better rooms than ours?

Friendly staff, nice restaurant, quiet surroundings, clean rooms.

Location is quite far from city center and stores, which would be unconvenient for travellers without car.

Parking was free. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

The location is near the main street (Promenade Anglais) but is also located near the part of this street which is still 4.5km away from the Old Town / Castle area of Nice where much of the day and night times attractions/activities are. The senior reception staff were always quite curt. The breakfast offered was of a wide variety but fairly poor/average standard. The presentation of the hotel is not as nice as it is in the pictures: The pool area is small and there are only 8 sun loungers available. Our room had a strong smell of smoking, eminating from a carpet that was perhaps 20 years old and badly worn and faded. Some drawers had handles missing. There was mildew/mould on the bathroom ceiling. A tile had fallen off the side of the bath and simply been leaned back-up against it.

The reception and customer service was poor.

It had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was lovely. It also has a little restaurant in a garden like area which was open for lunch and dinner. The room was not large but nicely appointed with full size mirrors and such. We also had a balcony with views of the sea. Very enjoyable

Nice, spacious and stylish decorated rooms. There is a garden and a pool, which we were unable to test, because it was closed between 18-9.

They messed up my booking from booking.com - got the rooms at the same rate thoug. Missed minibar or frigde to keep a cool bottle of water.

Location is very nice close to airport and the City, free carpark

Staff was not helpfull, and they wanna charge 40 Euro for extending 2 hours!!!!

Das Hotel ist verkehrsmäßig günstig gelegen (nahe zu städtischen Autobuslinien und zum Flughafen), nette und freundliche Atmosphäre, reichliches Frühstück

קרוב יחסית לשדה התעופה של ניס (כ-10 דקות נסיעה במונית, במחיר ממוצע של 25 יורו), לא רחוק מכביש הטיילת (מרחק הליכה), אינטרנט חינם גם בחדרים, חנייה חינם, נגיש וידידותי, ארוחת בוקר טובה.

לא קרוב מספיק למרכז העיר, מחייב נסעה ברכב או במונית (כ-25 יורו ממרכז העיר). העלות הזולה יחסית של החדרים מתקזזת עם הצורך לשלם תמורת הנסיעה למרכז העירוני.

La verdure, la piscine, le calme malgré les trains et les avions à proximité. Un coin de campagne en ville.

Le parking un peu petit. De retour du restaurant le soir nous avons été obligés de stationner dans la rue.

Accoglienza impalpabile e mancanza d'impegno nel parlare italiano

Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito privato. E' un requisito importante perchè a Nizza I parcheggi sono quasi tutti a pagamento. Non essendo in pieno centro è facile muoversi in auto in ingresso e in uscita da nizza. Pulito ed essenziale.
