Nice, friedly stuff and central location, really close to the centre. The garage entry was a challange with a big car, as well as fitting to the parking place. |

The friendlieness of the staff and location of hotel It says on website that beds in hotel room are "Queen size". The beds are equivalent of a double bed size in Ireland and UK so I think this should be clarified on hotels website on booking.com |

Excellent location (not far from the old town and the lake), delicious breakfast and helpful staff. Very suitable for families with small children - our daughter enjoyed the nice playground in the lobby. |

Reception staff were helpful and competant in all aspects of our stay. Considerate room allocation as requested.. Breakfast times were not communicated to staff .Restaurant staff and menu good but food service was inadequate for late arrivals at breakfast. |

Location of the hotel . Helpful and friendly staff . Comfortable clean hotel . No added extras if booked 3 weeks in advace , Breakfast , Air Conditioning and Safe included in price . Internal secure garage adjacent to hotel . Added bonus Annecy and the surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit None really . I would like to say that I travelled extensively with my previous job , also have several vacations per year and stayed in numerous hotels and I would definately stay at Novotel Annecy Centre Atria again . Thanks for an enjoyable experience |

We were looked after very well for our stay there. Central to the city and within easy walking distance to the old parts of Annecy and the lake. This is our third time of staying at a Novotel in France and all our stays have been very very enjoyable. The hotel menu was limited for us re: the evening meal so chose to eat out for two of the three nights we were there. |

Staff were very friendly. The decor downstairs was also very attractive, new and modern. The breakfast was particularly good. Free internet access for 20 minutes in reception very good. Shower good, and bed very comfortable. Decor in rooms didn't match up to the smart decor in the reception and bar area. It was a bit plain. |
