Location. Very close to metro, shops and restaurants. Clean hotel.
The location was great! A walking distance to all sightseeing places in the city centre region. Helpful personell, fresh and modern interior.
It is not the fault of the hotel, but the location of it was on a very noisy street and there were service cars working late and early hours to supply Galleries Lafayette which is just across the street so the noise made it hard to fall asleep
Decent, clean, secure, good value for money. fantastic location for those who wanted to be in this part of Paris (Lafayett, Metro & RER access). Good friendly staff. Could be good for both business (connectivity through Airbus to CDG, RER & Metro) and leisure. Absolutely no-nonsense hotel.
Very compact rooms, tight corridors, evrything else, but we knew what we paid for...
Noise and smoking of other clients in rooms
Not only were the staff helpful and friendly during our stay, but also they responsibly replied my messages about some clarifications I had to ask afterwards. The location was excellent, about 25 min walk to the centre and close to several major metro stations. If you are a fan of shopping, the location would suit you best as the major department stores of Paris are located in the very same area.
This is an understatement! I don't know how you have this hotel on your books, it is in an extremely noisy location of Paris, in a one way street where trucks stop to unload and of course hold all the traffic up and the French just sit there honking there horns for up to half an hour till the vehicle moves. The first morning we were woken at 0630 by the crashing of scaffold poles being throne to the ground from the building opposite. The second day we were there we had gone out for the day and came back to find some money had been stolen from one of the cases and reported it to the reception and they said they would look into it by questioning the staff who cleaned the rooms, but obviously nobody owned up to the theft, which they wouldn't would they! on leaving I asked if the hotel would take the missing money off the bill but they declined, I then reported it to the local Police but they weren't interested either as it was not a large amount of money and told me to come back later as they were busy and there computers were down. I do think the hotel could of done more to resolve the situation but they weren't interested which I find very disappointing, so would I stay at this hotel again or recommend it, I think you know the answer to that question!
Very good location just behind the Gallerie Lafayette. Very nice reception. Very moderne. We booked a chamber for 3 people, mysteriously, the chamber was taken for some reasons, but the hotel gave us 2 chambers for 2 instead. which was very kind.
Big challenge for tourists staying in the room in summer days. NON air-condition ！！！！
Room is very very small , we couldn't even move in the room
Great location, easy access to everywhere via metro. Very clean and modern looking interior.
Bad air - too hot during summer and too cold with fan on. Should have free wifi nowadays.
sur tout, je suis content
The room is very small for three persons.
Location is very nice, right next to Galeries Lafayette. Bathroom is clean and the room is relatively silent. Very helpful staff.
Rooms can be a bit too small for some people, also the lack of air conditioning can be a turn off in the summer, hate the fact that the room has no safe. A fridge would be nice also.
Staff at desk excellent and helpful. This cannot be said for the breakfast staff who were very grumpy!
Room very small. Not great value for money.
Location is great, good for shopping, nice staffs, clean rooms
No air conditioner, a little bit hot, but they are good to have fans in each room, wifi is not free
A few blocks from the Train to the airport. Close to bus 127 - good loop for tourists to the Louvre.
The city of Paris is filthy. Many pickpockets and beggars. The price of food is outrageous. Compared to London, this city stinks. Overcrowded with people. Be careful.
Good location very clean room
The room, location, view was beautiful. We paid fair price for a two day stay.
It would be nice to mention the hotel policy and payment rules at check-in. That would avoid unnecessary argument at the reception when we were checking out. In comparison to other places we were staying, the staff here was rude and arrogant, therefore our memories from the romantic weekend in Paris are shadowed by the attitude of the front desk members.
Didn't provide any info on 'what to see', how to get there. Not even a tourist map available at the reception. Don't have any tea/coffee making facilities.
It is very convenient to travel from the CDG airport, and to other places around Paris with many stations around. The staff are relatively helpful, though one of them is a little careless. The room is small but clean. Though there is no air conditioning, they offer a electric fan.
No air conditioning nor free wifi.
I have had showers in bigger telephone boxes! But I do understand that showers in Paris are a bit on the small size, so not really a big issue. Most of the staff on the staff were ok, with the exception of one man on the front desk, who was bordering on rude in his treatment of us. He certainly did nothing to help make us feel welcome upon arrival! After travelling through eight other countries where wi-fi was free, it is simply not acceptable in this day and age to be charged for wi-fi in this hotel, when one is already paying good money for the accommodation.
The location of the hotel is perfect for walking or catching the metro to all the locations you would want to visit. The hotel is very clean, the staff very helpful and I found it very good value for money.
I would have liked free wifi however you have to pay for it and even then it could be a little hit and miss, and a bit slow. This is my only minor gripe.
Clean fresh and cosy comfortable
Their location is perfect. You can walk to almost famous places, easy to find. And nearby famous two departmentstores.
I didn't want to eat breakfast at hotel but they asked to book with breakfast. (They didn't give any option about that.) And it was too expensive. It was not worthy actually.
stuffs not very friendly
