Location is great, staff was nice and rooms were quite clean.
Walls and ceilings are very thin, lots of noise. Rooms were on the small side. Somehow didn't sleep very well.
Very convenient to get to every where.
Without free wifi.
Location is great, good restaurants nearby.
No free wifi, no kettle, lots of smokers on the way to hotel as it is the staff way out for Gallery Lafayette. Staff is not like a pro in chain hotel. Noisy at night and early morning.
Internet was not free
Pinky bed linen..?
Receptionists are very full of themselves and are horribly arrogant. Talked to us as if they own the place and was doing us a favor for renting the rooms.
The location is perfect. In the centre, yet not in a busy road
The room was a bit pricey and internet was not even included in the price. I think internet access nowadays is quite a basic requirement.
Close to shopping center
Too small room and the bed using plastic under
Very close to Roissy bus & Metro Just behind Galerie LaFayette Renovated nice room
Staff can be more friendly
We only stayed one night. Checked in in the evening and check out very early next morning. The Internet shows room is 10m square. But room is actually much bigger than 10m. I guessed they gave us a free upgrade due to low occupancy. Stayed in this hotel as a transit since need to go airport next day early morning. Room is very clean. Bed is very comfy. No closet but it's ok. Toilet very small but acceptable. Room equipped with heater. Location is excellent with shopping and cafes nearby.
Staff is not very helpful as they see us carrying tons of luggage but didn't offer to help. Very very small hotel with many stairs to take. Very challenging especially with 2 huge luggage. Lift is super slow and can only accommodate one person with one luggage. Need to wait another 5mins for lift to come down from 4th floor to load 2nd luggage.
Location, very helpful staff, interior design;
Very good location. Just behind the Laffayet. 2 minutes from the metro station.very clean rooms and bathrooms.
There is no free wifi.
Very good location. Nice, clean spacious room.
The staff was not very helpful and not polite.
recently renovated, modern, perfect located behind Galleries Lafayette, only 200 m away from metro station
small rooms, as everywhere in Paris but if you choose the double superior room the space is quite enough. There is no closet.
Only the location is nice, nothing to this hotel is ok.
The lady staff is the No lady. You ask everything is No. All answer is sorry full booking. The ad is free wifi but final is no. She asked me to show her but no internet how to?? Somehow i show her but she said Booking.com always makes the mistake! When we check out, she rushed us out at 1130. Then asked us did we enjoy our staying? I answered Not really, she replied: whatever, i just being polite! What the attitude being a host! She totally ruined out honeymoon I'll never go there again.
Bathroom modern and clean.
No provision for medicine that requires refrigeration. Expensive WiFi. Room small barely fit bed. Area is sleazy.
Hotel renovated Beautiful decoration Nice choice of breakfast Excelent location Friendly and helpful staff
- comfy bed - clean (renovated in March 2014) - OKish breakfast (but expensive)
- some staff not really friendly - very small single room
Wifi is not free
Traveling with a friend, I requested twin beds, but room had only a double bed, not even large enough for 2! Instead of suggesting an upgrade (or offering one), first the staff lied saying no other rooms were available, then finally showed us a room for a 40E per night upgrade. We decided to keep our tiny room, but needless to say, even though I had been a repeat guest, this will be the last time I stay. There are too many other hotels in Paris for a hotel to believe they can still get away with treating guests like this....
Front desk staff was super helpful to me . Breakfast was a very good deal. Neat modern bedroom suited me well. I would return to this hotel
Purchase of wifi card was useless. More problems trying to access and didn't use the 10 euro purchased as I couldn't access. Even though front desk staff was very very helpful in this regard . I used instead the free wifi available thru the walk to the neighbouring pan shop even though it was not secure. This whole problem claimed a large proportion of my available stay. I would come again but not but wifi
Modern decor Friendly and helpful staff Newly renovated Great price Quickly get to all the tourist spots Great shopping close by Good selection of restaurants and pubs
Very small single room Cost of breakfast City noise Guest noise in halls and stairs -- walls are thin
Ideal location, very close to the metro station, recently renovated.
Very small rooms which it's really common in Paris. Prefer the superior room.
Very central, close to metro
I sent shopping bags back to the hotel so they called me and told me they don't keep bags for their clients and that I have to come back to take them up to my room
Very good location, 2 minutes to the subway
Our room was very small, the noise from the street might be really hard to stand, we had to switch the room to the one at the backyard.
THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
ALL ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL COMPARED TO PRICE
