Small apartment but well equiped. Good position (5 minutes walking from the center) The shower didn't worked properly at our arrival and it was somehow fixed after a couple of days. reception is closed during the weekend. |

The appartment was simple and had a kitchnet with refrigerator, and microwave oven which was positive. Having spiders was a negative point. |

Good central location for Loire Valley. Quiet. All facilities in room good. Lack of reserved parking. Only 4 spaces available and sometimes difficult to find on street parking near to hotel. Was large private car park at rear of hotel which did not appear to be fully utilised - if access could be gained to this then parking would not be an issue. |

Very practical and comfortable. Totally unpretentious, but the price reflected this. In a slightly too residential, too off-centre location but the parking was good. Not much charm to the neighbourhood and no close amenities eg. shop or cafe. |

We were allowed to store our luggage after check-out for several hours. The beds and that we were asked to bring the rubbish down to the big rubbish bin, and it was very noisy during the night and in the early morning. |

The hotel locates very close to the train station. It takes about 3 mins walk. 1/ no air-con. 2/ only a set of towels is provided. Charges applied if asking for replacement. |

location is excellent it is quiet, close to rail, bus and Intermarche supermarket in Avenue Gambetta. An easy walk to chateau. A notice should be posted in the laundry that washing should be removed from the only washing machine as soon as the cycle is finished. |

Convenient and clean room, good price with booking.com, kitchen with almost all necessary stuff, really close to center of the town - 10 minutes walking. No problems with free parking in front of the hotel. Wi-Fi is paid and extremely slow. Caps for tee and a tee-kettle is absent, this is uncomfortable. Also there isn't a lid for frying pan. |

The room was clean. Kitchen and WC were in good condition. Everything was very fine. The check-in system was still poor especially for the weekend. If it is possible, instruction on how to get the key should be clearly provided i.e; in e-mail. |

la situacion del hotel el precio creo que es excesivo para lo pequeños que son los apartamentos puesto que por el mismo precio he encontrado otros muchisimos mas chulos y monos. |

situation idéale près du centre historique , dans un quartier étudiant mais qui reste très tranquille , avec des possibilités de stationnement qui compensent l'offre de parking de l'hotel qui est insuffisante la découverte d'un frigo non nettoyé et qui ne fonctionnait pas (pas de glaçons après 48 h de fonctionnement ) lumière sur l'évier grillée , taie d'oreiller sale et absence de torchon . Tous ces éléments signant un manque d'attention du personnel d'entretient et d'encadrement; De plus une panne d'informatique dans la résidence nous a privé de l'usage d'internet et notre inscription n'avait pas été validée ni notre souhait de réserver une place de parking |

1.) Good location - about 10 minutes walk from the castle, from the city center. 2.) Free, closed parking place under the hous. 3.) Quite area. 1.) Limited reception opening hour, for the late arrivers key in a safe - we have got wrong code for the safe - we needed about 60-90 minutes, until we can arrange to get the key, with the help of the local residents. 2.) At the central telephon number - only Franch speaking operator. 3.) In one of our room there was no pillow-case - next day the problem was corrected, without any excuse from the manager. |

La cercania al centro de la Ciudad y el precio Que la recepción la cierran a las 7 de la tarde, y si te surge algun problema no hay manera de solucionarlo, por ejemplo nosotros reservamos plaza de parking y al ir a encerrar el coche nuestra plaza estaba ocupada y no pudimos reclamar |
