Self contained accommodation in reasonably close proximity to the centre ville. Helpful email communications prior to arrival. Limited reception hours. Perhaps more suited to business travel rather than holiday accommodation.

I should not say complaint but it is France. Hotels close for breaks and lunch time from 12-3pm. I left my luggage there and had to coordinate my time with their lunch time.

It's location is fine. It's quiet. The level of confort and facilities were disapointing. We like the Apthotel concept and at other venues have been pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the accomadation provided. Alass not it this case, all very basic and cramped.

The hotel was OK. Close to the city center. Free parking places nearby. Quiet area. Nice room. Unpleasant bed. It was too soft (with a “hole” in the middle). Difficult to sleep on it.

Amiable service staff. It's clean. The hotel is good both for short and long staying. Quiet district. It's desirable to have an inside bicycle parking space. It's desirable to have salt, sugar, pepper and etc. in the mini-kitchen (not much of all that).

The head of the bed is so inclined that you're invited to sleep "accross the bed. In this akward position the pillows are not supported and fall behind your head in the night. The person laying along the sloping pannel is in a prison and, to leave the bed, must climb above the body of the "external" sleeper. The whole thing is perfectly ridiculous. Obviously some other arrangement must be taken for this room.

Blois is a lovely city to visit and the Appart'City was a really comfortable and convenient accommodation place. It is a short walk from the train station which is really convenient for train travelers. It's in a quiet, peaceful street but it's also just a short 5 minute walk to the main attractions:the chateau, the quaint shopping precinct and the old village. Our apartment was clean and spacious. With a kitchenette and bathroom it was excellent value for money. We would return.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. On a hill so cycling trips ended with a climb, but it wasn't a serious problem.

Good location and covered parking for reasonable price. There also a map of the city on the table in the room, very useful. Bad smell in the whole room; no bed but only an extension sofa; lot's of somebody else's hair around. Also the reception didn't work that day and there were no guideline how to get internet connection in the room.

Das Apartement. Lage war sehr gut. Zu Fuß in die Stadt. Andere Orte waren schnell zu erreichen. Freudliches Personal Leider lag das Zimmer an der Straße. Es war laut. Die Handtücher wurden 3 Tage nicht gewechselt.
