The general attitude of the staff was excellent. The location of the residence is more than good. I will prefer to stay there even in the future. (1) The water drainage while taking a bath was really terrible. Sometimes it really frustrated me. (2) Mosquitoes have really made the life difficult for me during my stay. However, when i closed the window, it was OK. |

microwave and fridge did not work. was only one bed and that was a pull out, however my colleague slept in a mobile home, so was okay for me. Breakfast was good. |

The easy parking facility We could not get a remote control to the TV set over a week despite repeated requests, it is far away from the centre, the bed was uncomfortable and one chair was on the brink of collapsing though I weigh no more than 82 kgs. |

A l'arrivée comme au départ, facilité de récupérer et de déposer les clés quelque soit l'heure. Facture envoyée par courrier. Grande pièce. Studio très propre, hormi l'état vétuste de quelques portes de placards. Confort couchage inexistant (matelat très dur, pas d'oreiller). Petit déjeuner des plus simples. Petit écran TV. Odeur dans la pièce et dans la penderie. Fuite du bac à douche. |

helaas niets positiefs te vermelden geen schone handdoeken, wel nadat we er zelf om hadden gevraagd, geen schoonmaak van de badkamer/WC, raamhor functioneerde niet. |

Lo relativamente centrado con respecto a la ciudad de Brest y el fabuloso parking, que siempre dispone de varios espacios libres. Hecho de menos un contacto aunque sea telefonico por si tienes algún problema cuando no haya personal de servicio. |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et les conseils sur la ville que nous a donné la réceptionniste, mais également le confort de la chambre, ses commodités et le petit déjeuner gourmand dans un cadre très sympa! Juste trois petites remarques : il y a une fuite d'eau au niveau des wc et la télé un peu obsolète et surtout très mauvaise réception! |
