Bathroom was horrible - tiny dirty shower cube with no walls, just a gross curtain. If you take a shower water goes on the floor immediately. The sink was so tiny it was impossible to use it, so we had to brush our teeth using kitchen sink. Staff is never in the office, so it's impossible to complain.
Nice apartment in downtown.
- Quite far to arrive apartment after get the key from the secret box. - it suppose to have lift , whereas it known as apartment/hotel , should provide lift rather than to use the 80's stare case with a huge luggage (it wasn't easier when i have to get to 4th floor) - insufficient towel - the door handle is really bad (safety comes first) - the heater wasn't functioned inside the room
It was close to the metro stations. the internet was good, The space in the unit was good.
This place was on the 3rd floor with a very narrow staircase (no lift). The ceiling of the shower was disgusting with mould. There was no communication with a person, other than by email. The arrangement for picking up the keys is not very friendly when you have suitcases to carry and trains to catch. One neighbour had a dog, who barked at 2.00am on one night for about half an hour and often at other times too.
Location It was also quiet and clean
Tiny shower Tv was not working at all Wifi stopped working after one day
I love the inside of the apartment, full facilities, but would be best if those instructions are in English. All in French. Location is good.
We have to collect key from one location, then to the actual apartment, taxi driver just drop us and we don't know where to go. We arrived night time. Building was dark and back lane, scary. Would be nice at least to tell us what to expect when booking at booking.com. No internet, the phone no they gave, nobody pick up. We were panic when we can't find the place. No lift with spiral stair case to 3rd floor with my 21 days trip luggages...
There were lots of stores & restaurants around.
The office staff were not able to guide us well - "Open the door & go in". There was no apartment number mentioned on the doors & this led to ringing every apartment door in the entire 5 storey building & disturbing the neighbours. The kitchen utensils were completely worm out & scraped off, didn't feel like cooking in them. The bathroom didn't have a door, no ventilation in the bedroom, bathroom & toilet. Location was not family oriented as there few night clubs around. The office staff were irresponsible, non-cooperative & crooks (they cheated us together with the taxi driver).
bathroom is sickly and extremely dirty. Smells very bad, uncomfortable. poor Kitchenware Refrigerator does not work properly İf you choose this apartment, you must forget hygien and sanitary. Truly disappointed of this stay and I am hesitating of choosing booking.com again
The location is pretty okay. You have many utensils in Kitchen so sometimes you can prepare food. The staff was communicative and friendly.
There is no lift. You have to take stairs to the fifth level. The toilett reveals a water heater above the sit, which you have to watch out and is invaded by fungus. Uncomfortable odor ! The Price to too high for the apartment, yes even if it is PARIS.
Close to metro Close to city center and shops, markets Quite place
Complete mission to get keys. No service whatsoever. Not even one clean during 10 days. 3rd floor apartment. No elevator. Broken curtains. Threadbare towels and linen. Old furniture. Quite a walk to the nearest Metro.
Good location, close to supermarkets and metro.
Having to lug six sets of luggage up 5 flights of stairs. Wish we had known beforehand that the apartment we were assigned to didn't have a lift.
False advertisement - the flat was not near Opera and it did not have a balcony. As a matter of fact, the flat was located in red light district. Probably we were not lucky..
Nothing, I havent stay in the appartment, I left as soon as I entered. You must get my money back. And they charged even 49 Euro for cleaning, shame.
1. I've been in the morning at 12h00 at their office to collect my key. It was quiet unpersonnal, nobody there only repply by phone to come back after 17h00. I did and again same nobody, I collected my key from a box and been to the appt. No access to the road. I entered the main entrance and had a shock. Dirty, dark and found that the flat is on third floor without lift, I almost had a heart attack going up with the luggage. Entered the flat with 28 c temperature in Paris and no a/c, heat was unsupportable. Then I saw the bed, on a mezzanine high 70 cm only you should climb and enter slipping in a drawer. So considering all these to go up 3 floors etc I left. And ask you to inerfere for reimbursement of my payment. It is the first time happening such incident with booking.
Relax and quite studio but not the one we pai̇d for :-) shame on you...
Pictures shown before payment belongs to another studio that we paid and we had to stay... I am really sorry for Paris hotels and Paris tourism industry.... Why you are all liars :-) shame on you.....
location and security
the access route very hard and cant access with transport. the way or method to get the key are very difficult
No hot water No wifi They stopped replying to my emails when I complained about these problems
Stairs super dirty, the way home is full of prostitutes 24/24..not so safe for a group of 6 girls...
bad street and not safe. the picture are different from the apartment. there is no elevator and our apartment in 4'th floor and we have heavy luggage with no helpers. we call the office no answer. bad furniture and broken. bad lights. no one to contact because the office is close .
It was clean
Apartment was nothing like the one advertised. It was run down. There was a weak spot in the floor we were afraid to step on, but had to because it was in the middle of the kitchen area. The neighbourhood was dicey - by 9PM, prostitutes lined the street. Definitely not a place I would have stayed by myself, let alone with my children. The check-out process was extremely inconvenient - we had to travel to the rental office to return the key, meaning we had to get up 1/2 hour early for our very early morning train ride, and drag all the children out as well because the door could not be locked without he key. Also, only one key was provided, meaning either everybody had to go in and out together, or those left behind were locked in (or left with an unlocked door in a not-so-safe part of town).
The location was great! Just a few steps away from the metro station.
It took us 3 hours to find the deposit box where our keys were left by the staff. Looking for the office and the apartment was like a treasure hunt! Please note that when the office provides you with the address, they mean 1bis and not IBIS. Once we figured that out, finding the office and the apartment was a cake walk. When you get off at the metro station, take right and go to Beuchardon street and its the first building to the left behind the bistro and the apartment is just 5 mins away from there. It was really hot in the apartment and the prostitutes under the building are too noisy and the whole area smells of urine. Do not stay here with your family.
The washroom is chocked. Microeave oven is not working. The stove is not working The rent is too high
Location Neighborhood Cleaness Well equipped kitchen Cute attic appartment Good price for what we got
The appartment was on a fourth floor without lift, which made it very tiring after hours of walking.
The shopping district may not be suitable for young families with children.
A small studio apartman in Paris, well-equipped and clean in a very nice, quiet building. Great location, very helpful staff (they were quick to anwers emails), various metro stations in the vicinity, absolutely recommended.
Some of the kitchen equipment showed signs of constant use; nothing problematic but they should be replaced soon.
