Location and good value!
Third floor with no elevator and narrowstaie case. Pack light!
Uncomfortable furnishing. Slap dash decor(door came off the cupboard when opened) poor kitchen facilities. Not enough storage space.
Not getting the apartment I thought I was getting!
The location and space to relax in.
The bathrooms were filthy and there were no instructions for any of the appliances.
1) it is very old and under renovation 2) i can not cancel it even it is totally different from what I see though booking.com website. 3) they charge a premium for an apartment that is not even listed in the photo when i booked. very disappointed and we stayed for 4 nights. nearly ruined out trip. 4) i will not book through them any more.
too small for 4 people, humid and wet, the double bed it is for gnomes not for standard people, the second double bed it is a sofa bed and if I would have known before I never booked in this accommodation. Bathroom very small and uncomfortable. we were 4 people with 1 key only...
Cosy apartment, good location right in the middle of all good happening, but the apartment itself is located in the quieter end of the street. Very convienient and easy key pick up (we arrived very late) just a few streets from the apartment. Easy-to-understand-guide sent on email prior to arrival on how to pick up the key etc.
As in most Parisian apartments this isn't sound proof. The windows are thin! We rented an apartment for six people and luckily we were only four persons staying in the apartment: The beds are rather dated and they are narrow! A bit intimate to share such a narrow bed with a friend! They are only double quilts provided. Again: just a tat too intimate if you are not sharing the quilt with your loved one!
Well cleaned and has everything that a single traveler needs with a limited budget. Even with all negative points the price worth it.
No elevator; do not have a good isolation the apartment is noisy sometimes and the bed is a hard sofa.
3 tier security, feel a bit safe easy to get halal food around the area
Really hard to find the address and get the key of the apartment
Location was nice, cosy shabby and clean apartment, all arrangements were as promised.
The floor in the lobby needs fixing.
35 rue notre dame de nazareth 75003, mold on the walls, paint falling of the ceiling, BAD air humidity - smell of mold, ground floor apartment, a lot of noise from upstairs and outside, horrible (small) bed - even worse pillows.
Location was great.
Noise at night from Bar down the street. Noise early in the morning from trash truck.
good size, typical french style apartment, good location nr Pl de la Republique.
some street noise (but its Paris!)
Location was good near by three metro stations.
Needs extra bed option for traveling friends or even an air mattress. If traveling with friends request space for 3-4 people.
The wifi worked well
We have travelled extensively but this was one of our worst experiences. We only stayed one night out of four. It was very poor value for money and for the price there are many alternatives! Would not recommend for reasons below: (we ended up staying in Rue Taurenne. Simple but clean and very nice accommodation in great area.) -We booked one superior and one standard room with the property - we only found out on the last day despite repeat contact with the owners that these rooms were in different locations 1.5 km away! Just be very careful to read the small print! They were not flexible to any change. -Getting into the properties was a challenge. Yet another location and then 10 mins trying to open the door... - The smell! we were all non smokers and all areas had a very strong stench of cigarettes! - Facilities- both buildings were run down and not clean. Poor quality with not all lighting working. - The bed! The second studio had a sofa not even a bed. Extremely uncomfortable to say the least and definitely not suitable accommodation.
the location and the kitchen facilities
the directions to find the apartment and the number on the apartment on the first day. It would have been helpful for instance to say you're looking for an aparment with AP5 written on it versus just AP as they all had AP.
The room and equipment are perfect. I think the bed also good, making me sleep very well.
Some of the plug are broken, and the location is a little far from most of the sightseeings in Paris. Be aware of which apartment the office assinged you in advance!
kitchen sink blocked
The bed was very hard not a real bed, a sofa. Most uncomfortable. There was a hidden cleaning fee which made my stay much more expensive than I realised. The owners can apparently at their discretion help themselves to my credit card for any damages which they imagine I caused. I had to trust them more than I expected or wanted to.
Well equipped apartament, good wi-fi, perfect located. Shops and restaurants just behind the corner.
Apartment was fine apart from the mice.
1. The kitchenette is superb with refrigerator, electric kettle, electric stove, microwave oven, iron, washing machine ( I really love this one), cookware, dinnerware and cutlery, dishwasher/toaster/coffee maker/vacuum cleaner (didn't use) including the dish washing liquid. 2. The apartment has a lift. Since we stayed in Level 4, this was very convenience to us. 3. We arrived early in Paris, and we can leave our bags safely in the check-in office. 4. The apartment was very close to the city centre and a train station - very convenience.
1. The window should have translucent curtains so that we can have natural light into the room. We have to close the curtains, otherwise the people across the street can see us, and this makes the room darker (though we have the standing lamp on). 2. The toilet drainage was very bad. We couldn't take proper shower because the water flow out very very slow. 3. The weather was hot and there is no fan, let alone an air-condition. Since we closed the curtains because of No 1 above, no fresh air could come into the room, and you stay and sleep in the apartment under hot and sticky situation. 4. After checked-in, we have to drag our bags to about 20 minutes walk to the apartment. We were lucky that the apartment was near the check-in office. Normally, when we choose where we want to stay, we will look for one nearest to a train/tram/bus station. But with Apartment Paris 3ème, you do not know your address until 4 days before you arrived which was very inconvenience. We would like to take a cab from the airport straight to the place where we are going to stay, so that we don't have to walk and drag our bags for 1-2 km to get to our apartment. Others who checked-in with us have to take the train to get to their apartment. 5. The check-in time was very very late at 5 pm. You paid to stay in the apartment for one day and on day 1 you use it only for sleep.
Being overcharged. Originally being given an awful room (broken toilet flush, broken fridge, peeling paintwork). Moved to a new apartment, promised there would be no problems but the bathroom roof was leaking.
The apartment is in good location; the design is pretty; the price is right.
