Apartment in a good Location and quiet place. The office where we picked the key was very nice! We went there to leave the luggage and it was a nice surprise even without a staff member around. It's a good place to rest for 10minutes and plan the city visit.
I have choosen Eiffel Apartment because one specific facility: lift/elevator and when we got to the place there was none. We had to carry to the first floor the wheelchair of my mother. When I asked the staff member (at the office where we picked the key) if the apartment had lift he sad it was all in the contract. He didn't know the answer and he didn't make an efford to try to find out. He wasn't nice at all. The wi-fi connection was in the contract but at the apartment the password it was not written anywhere. I had to "manage" to send an email requesting it! It is a fault that could be avoid easily!
How close it was to everything. Was walking distance to all we wanted.
The squeaky floors, upon our arrival we were yelled at the the lady on the bottom floor. Not sure what she was saying but didn't sound good.
The location - very close to the Eiffel tower
- The floor is quite noisy, making the apartment a no walk zone once anyone sleeps at night. - Even worse is the bed, with a veritable orchestra accompanying any and every movement while lying on the bed.
It's all about location with the Eiffel Tower aglow from your bedroom window and ease of getting to the Tower (8 min walk) and all round Paris via Metro from here.
The key collection from an office on the other side of Paris in addition to the 5pm checkin (waste of funds in cab costs and waste of time when waiting around to collect the key so late then travel again in horrible peakhour traffic to reach your accommodation after 6pm. I've never heard of a checkin later than 2pm). Then downstairs neighbour yelling at and threatening us as we entered the building .. The lack of hot water every night (especially after 14 hour site-seeing days and three children). Hot water in the mornings but none at night ?? Odd.
1.location is excellent. 10-15min walk to Effel Tower. Grosery store and cafe downstairs. Street is pretty quiet at night. 2. Excellent facilities, including microwave, bow, spoon, boiling pan, washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, kettle, etc. All in good condition. 3.The apartment is cosy and clean. It has one 1.3m wide double bed which fits in two adult persons and one sofa bed which can sleep one adult and one kid maybe. Shower is very comfortable. 4. It has free wifi. But need to ask staff for password. 5.Suits for people who travel in family or group of friends and want to live in Paris for a few days and cook by themself and want to have a feeling of really living in Paris.
Everything is satisfactory except for key pickup service. Travellers need to go to their office to pick up keys by themself and go to the apartment. It costs about 15 euro by taxi from key pick up office and the apartment. Travellers are suggested to have phone that can make international calls so that you can contact the staff when you pick up keys or once you have any problem with the apartment.
location many metro and rer nearby table and chair in apartment big bathroom
couch for two people was tiny and we now have bites was no clean and the shower area tiles were black in places wifi was no accessible until we bought internet and emailed the company keys are ages away from the apartment not easy to get to with a lot of luggage wardrobe door hanging off only two bowls for four people floor boards not even and hard on feet
Shower head and cupboard door were broken, wasn't the cleanest place and not very good having to collect the key in location miles away from apartment
Location and view
Manteinance of the apartment
I liked the area ( Close to restaurants & main roads ) I liked the kitchen & amenities I liked the simple apartment
The Apartment is adjacent to a hospital/ Middle of night/ early morning there are Ambulances waking you up with loud noise & stretchers carrying patients going in and out. This is what you see from your window. After reaching the " key" pick up point, it was raining heavily & key was not available in the slot. I went directly to the Apartment & the lady on the phone was not helpful to give me the key before 1pm. I had to beg that my young children are in the Taxi, its raining heavily-Please give me the key-Finally she relented & gave me key at 12.30pm. On day one, I complained about " No " Wi-Fi" availability, second day I complained...No Use. I had to see Paris.. So I could not follow up on the Wi-Fi. It was ( Wi-Fi ) never working. The bathroom drainage was an issue, after a shower ( The water ) it was not flowing away fast enough. I did not complain as I realized the poor customer service. This Apartment is good for Citizens of Paris who stay away from city but not for Foreigners. This is my absolute hottest opinion.
Location was amazing and good value for money. Communication prior to arrival was very clear and timely. Apartment was comfortable.
Key collection required a taxi or else you have to drag your bags from station to station. Linen was a bit tired and kitchen utensils a bit sparse, e.g. (no teaspoons).
Everything. its awesome, a block from the tower. super modern and cozy
a bit too central
Everything. Not pleasant to stay there. Even no bed for my child of two years old. Had to spend the night in the couch. Very old fashioned apartment. You can find much better located places and cheaper.
Location to all the famous Landmark is excellent!
Expect them have oven and washing machine but they haven't, its not a big deal! However, mold in the bathroom and poor ventilation.
Apartment is good and has all the facilities and is in vicinity of all major landmarks of Pari
The entrance of the apartment is not really clean and this apartment is not ideal for family with children as neighbors were almost scaring the children to keep quite as they probably had dislike for kids.
Location, cleanliness, good value,
Had to wait all day for the key, the wi-fi was not working, the shower head was broken and the water would go from cold to hot constantly.
location was good, but this alone is not enough :(
No LIFT: the apartment is on the 3rd floor. we were family with older parents and also with 4 large suitcases. so we found extremely difficult to take them up and down No Hotwater after 9am: its quite funny because we had hot water only between 6am and 9am, which is just around 3 hours. its a shame! Rude Apartment Supervisor there is a supervisor for the aparment who lives on the ground floor. MY GOD! if you want to see the RUDEST person on this planet, then please stay here and have the worst experience i had. i really dont think she has any heart to understand people. we had 4 large suitcases, NO LIFT. we need to take them to the 3rd floor. even 1% noise is something she starts to abuse us! i lived in the western world for 4-5 yrs of my life, have travelled around the world. yes i understand western people dont like making noises in the residential places and flats. but when we move suitcases, everybody understands that and infact i have had many occassions where people come and help us BUT this lady's rude behavior almost made me feel that either she had NO HEART or she was just trying to discriminate us! i am sure one of these 2. my parents are quite old, they are 65 and 60, they were extremely hurt by the apartment supervisor and her behaviour. the above is exactly my experience. thank you
This was our second vacation to Paris and it was a much better experience. The apartment was in a fantastic area and we were very pleased with it all, especially based on the more reasonable price compared to many other downtown Paris rentals when trying to accommodate a large family. We enjoyed having a full kitchen with fridge and freezer. This helped us save money by eating in for some meals and in a relaxed setting. We also liked the ease of checking out, simply cleaning up, packing up and leaving the key on the table. We will recommend this place to others and would not hesitate to stay again.
Having to obtain key @ 1700 across town was somewhat inconvenient. We did leave our luggage in the office and felt secure about that, but we had to "waste" some time in the area while waiting for key to avoid the travel back and forth. However, if this is the trade-off for the better price, I would do it again.
Good location, 15 min walk to the Eiffel tower, area is safe but busy. Grocery store, Starbucks one block away.
Had no wifi for the 3 days we were there, although it said free wifi available which was one of the reasons that I booked this apt. Had to go to Starbucks to check my emails, download google maps etc.The apartment is very small.
Raucous party until 4am in the apartment below -- called emergency line, they were no help. Bathroom door handle and shower head were broken.
Bathroom lock was damage and door did not close. Pick up the key from another place.
It is located right next to Eiffel tower. There are some nice restaurants.
The bathroom was broken and sink was clogged. The heater didn't work. Some outlets didn't work so we need to find the working one. During our stay, it wasn't very pleasure to using broken facilities.
Location was good
Apartment does not have a lift and the stairway is very narrow, not suitable to carry luggage to the 3rd floor. The toilet is very tiny and lack ventilation. Apartment wasn't very clean, especially the curtains and sofa were dusty and stained. Bathroom drain was clogged. Key collection process is not convenient, especially when you take a long flight to reach Paris. Not suitable for family travel.
Digital TV, excellent WIFI and clean and tidy
Incredibly noisy people directly upstairs ! Hardy your fault :(
The apartment was near the Eiffel Tower
The office to collect the keys was 2 hour walk or 30 minute taxi ride from the actual apartment. This was not stated when booking otherwise we would have looked further into transport. The apartments description was mixed with a bigger apartments discription- meaning we did not get half of what we thought we would (toaster/oven) I felt the facilities were poor. No spare extra toilet roll/washing up liquid/ dishwasher tablets were provided. For the price you pay I felt an extra loo roll wouldn't be a stretch! There was only a frying pan which was to big for the hobs and a saucepan which ment you couldn't make a meal together. It was very frustrated i couldn't have stayed for any longer than 3 nights
Superb location near to the the tour eiffel and metro/RER, the apartment was clean and well stocked with fresh linen and towels, a bit "cosy" size wise but still much better than a hotel room, my only complaint would be regarding the blackout blinds (the apartment is on a well lit rue) the blinds need some attention as they didn't close properly, will definitely stay again
As mentioned the blackout blinds issue
