The convenient of 1st floor.
People sees us as a stranger esp on metro n beggars so disgusting. We are scared of being pick pocketed that happened to our fellow Malaysians.
The location is excellent. Close to the metro station. The apartment is not that spacious as I expected, but it's still okay. It would've been more helpful if the management could provide a precise details about the location of the available apartments before customer make a booking. On the first day, the hot water and the heating were broken. My family had to sleep in the cold for the first night. I had to call the office the next day (after 10am) to complaint about it. Fortunately, everything was fixed immediately.
The management should have at least one staff at the office regardless of what is the check in time. It confuses people on how to check in, where do they keep the keys, where is the safe, etc. At least have someone to greet the customers after a long way of traveling to the (hidden) office location. Also, it would've been more helpful if a staff can guide you through the check in process and talk you through on how to find the apartment rather than an email guide! It took me quite a while to figure out which first door I was supposed to enter before I reach to the real apartment door! Not to mention I was greeted rudely by the neighbours!
The kitchen facilities
i barely spent 2 nights at this apartment and was told to pay 49€ for cleaning that was NEVER DONE! What a 'good' rip off. Secondly, from the apartment office to the apartment itself was a journey and a stressful one at that with a heavy luggage! Thirdly, the office can only be reached from morning up until 5-6pm. Anything beyond that you are on your own! Fourthly, the WIFI barely worked

Excellent location; comfortable beds and very clean linen.
No bin bags or dish cloths. Bath towels are very small for adults. Some lights didn't work, but this was really only a slight inconvenience
