Staff is a handsome guys. Nice room with nice price~
l'ascenseur en panne tout au long du séjour et l'appartement était au 4em étage. The lift was under repair since several days before the booking and all through our stay but this was not disclosed at the time of reservation. The appartment was on the 4th floor and we faced lot of inconvinience with the baggage/luggage and with 2 persons with health problems with one of them about 75 years old.
Very nice apartment for group of friends, where you can walk or take a bus to Eiffel Tower, you can cook, cleaning your clothe by yourself. The staff is very nice through phone :))
it is not easy to take taxi, and if you book a taxi through internet or call, it charge more than 30 euros. Be careful with hot water system because it can be cold :))
Apartment cosy and always very warm (nice after cold weather outside). Everything was working nicely. Minimum 10 minutes walk from 2 underground stations as advertised. Brasserie in the front of the building. Shops and supermarkets around in 5 to 10 minutes.
Minimal elevator to be used only by 2 people at the same time. No linen for the bed couch knowing that 4 people would use the apartment. Sound from the heater even overnight when we were not using it.
Nice, chic appartment, short distance to the Eiffel tower (2km) and metro, grocery and baker on the other side of the street. Comfortible furniture.
Not very clean appartment, renovation recommended, WLAN not working constantly
The staff there is really nice. They showed me every corner of the apartment and made great introduction. They also gave me lots of information brochures for traveling in Paris. The brochures are all very useful. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I especially love the Eiffel Tower picture on the wall.
The shower got hot, but the elevator is so small and smells of mold. The stairs are a long track up and down if you can't stand the smell and carrying luggage up and down was hard. The apartment was not very clean, there were dirty corners and the ground was not that clean.
The location was really far from everything and the metro station was not conviniently located. The Mirabeau metro stop is that biggest nuisance because you had to wait for it to go around this loop, and then hop on another train to get back to the other stop making it an additional 5 stops just to get back.
Quiet good location for metro 9. Plenty if shops for food.
Dirty. Bathroom filthy, plus broken pipes and plaster. Kitchen not cleaned and lights hanging loose in ceiling. Living room carpet dirty. Bedroom still had previous guests underwear on the floor. Would not recommend this listing without viewing first
fabulous location and lovely apartment - beds very comfortable and for Paris a fair enought size apartment
nowhere to store luggage when leaving and having to pay for arriving in evening
Location for me Ambiance An excellent "French" experience Good local restaurant
Very costly for the facilities
Apartment was clean and cozy
Location a little of the desired path. Bed linens and towels were sparce, lighting without replacement bulbs
1) The location was excellent. We felt very safe at all times. Supermarket is 2 minutes away and there is a shop directly across from the apartment that sells beautiful croissants. There is a metro approx 10 minutes walk away. For three friends staying for four nights the price worked out very well for the location.
The apartment is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. When the sofa bed is rolled out and the table pushed back there is no space for walk in-between the bed and table to the toilet you literally have to climb over the bed. The communication with Bed and Style has been extremely poor. I had to send 3 emails over a period of a week to ask for confirmation of the booking. I had no response. I had to call booking.com to chase this up. When we arrived we were half an hour late. We were then charged a 30 euro late fee. Whilst I empathise that they had to wait for half an hour I really feel that the owner should be considering the customer experience and empathising with the fact that we had been travelling for almost 8 hours. I think we did well managing to be there only half an hour late! The wifi password does not work at all. I text the owner and called three times on the first day but received no response from him for the full 4 nights we stayed. The communication really was awful.
