I think the best thing of this hotel is location.... there are many restaurants around, 1 min walk to line 6 metro, 5 mins walk to la gare montparness. I like the idea of the little garden in the breakfast room, with the mirror reflex look big and comfortable.

1) Location:Excelent. It is the third time that I stayed in the street of the hotel and the first time in this hotel. In this same small street we can find boulangeries, boucherries, mini markets, cafes, restaurants, hotels, cinema, eletronics store and many other things. There are two lines of metro(Station Edgard Quinet - Line 6 - 100m ; Station Vavin - Line 4 - 400m). The Montparnasse Train Station and the Montparnasse Metro Station is 07 minutes of the hotel and the Tour du Montparnasse is 5 minutes of the hotel. 2) Service of the reception: This is the 10th time that we stayed in Paris. The reception attendance in the person of Mr Bouziane was simply wonderful. This was the best treatment that we had in reception of hotels in Paris. Congratulations to Mr Bouziane and to Hotel. The place is very quiet. The hotel is very clean: common areas and the rooms that we used were with perfect cleaning including the bathrooms. The breakfast was honest. The price of the hotel is compatible. We will stay at this hotel again in another oportunity.

Easy access to Metro - 100m or so. Very convenient for the Porte de Versailles conference & exhibition centre - less than 15 minutes by Metro. Hotel very comfortable & staff very helpful. Will certainly stay again - this is my second visit.

Extremely courteous reception staff; marvelous location, both central and silent; perfectly clean bedroom and bathroom with more comfort than the low price led us to expect. I shall certainly use this hotel again.

Great location, lovely neighborhood, nice market on weekends. Lots of restaurants, creperies, etc. 100m from metro station Edgar Quinet. We will stay here again.

Nice position: near 2 metro stations, many bars and restaurants, silent street. Good light in the rooms. Functionality. Tranquillity

The shower had not protection (plastic curtains or doors): when you take a shower you wash also the bathroom.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The hotel was located in a very vibrant area that we know well. This hotel, unlike others we have stayed at in the area was very tranquil. The rooms, though not spacious we're just the job for people who spent most of the time site seeing and enjoying the bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Well located for both train and Metro, making a day trip to Versailes very easy. Also, a direct connection to the Gare du Nord from Vavin is great fro Eurostar visitors.

The only niggle was a flickering light outside the bedroom, which could disturb a light sleeper.

Good staff and facilities

The location is very good.

Inspite of the price I paid, we've got a smallest room I ever saw. Toilet room was so small, there wasn't even a place to hang a toilet paper holder (so it was on the floor). Rooms have thin walls and I could hear every single word from the another rooms next to ours. It's a very noisy, too expensive hotel. Definitely doesn't worth money we paid.

the stuff, the location, the lobby, the breakfast room, the breakfast, we asked for aroom that not face to the main street and we got a very quiet room it was wanderfull

Good location at Monparnass near the most wonderful Jardin du Luxembour and metro, hotel staff speaks English fluently, always ready to help. Rooms are small (it is common for Paris), but neat and tidy, bathrooms are rather big (in comparison with other Paris hotels i stayed before).
