The staff were what made the hotel such a success--they were very personable, friendly, and helpful.

Rooms on an the small side but beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is small and lovely, very well situated in the heart of major interest in Paris, close to the Luxembourg garden, the Senate, Montparnasse neighborhood. Idealy situated near subway stations and the train that goes to the airport. The staff is very welcoming, helping, making the stay a real pleasure. THough my room was a bit small, it was very comfortable and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

What can I say? In a 5 week trip covering Germany, Prague, Holland the uk and France. This is by far the best hotel we stayed in. We arrived early one morning after a bus trip from the uk. Expecting to maybe just leave our bags for check in later only to find that our room was ready! Once in the room which is quite large for Paris standards it was awesome! We stayed in the 'Book' room and love every bit of it. The shower and bed are by far the best feature, containing a very comfy queen bed and an excellent massage shower we had no problems relaxing in one of the most beautiful cities on the planet. I can't recommend the staff any higher as they were always ready to help even with a coffee on arrival for us weary travellers! A stay here you will not regret. Thanks Apostrophe for making Paris even more special!

Everyone was exceptionally helpful at Apostrophe (particularly Gino). Thank you all for a wonderful stay, for your directions (we made it back to CDG very easily and in great time) and also your recommendations of what see and do. Not a thing! It was all splendid!

Very good hotel but don't expect a large room. Sink and shower in same room as bed but did have separate toilet. Decor very modern - we had music room. Very .large bed and all immaculately clean. Good location on a little side street so room was quiet and we slept soundly each night. Quite a few restaurants and bars around and also easy to reach the Latin quarter where prices of food and drink was cheaper than other areas. Staff very helpful and all very pleasant.

Charming helpful staff made us like the Hotel Apostrophe - they did whatever they could to make our stay easier and more enjoyable. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and the location was in a great neighborhood with 3 Metro stops within 3 blocks.

The room is exceptionally small and the shower/sink area is not separate; it is essentially in the room. We did not like this. Although the hotel is on a side street, its is only about 100 years from Blvd. Montparnasse so it is quite noisy. This was very noticeable because the air conditioner in our room was broken and they didn't tell us when we checked in. It wasn't until we asked about it that they said they had been unable to fix it and offered to move us to a room on the main floor near the reception area (we declined, assuming that would be even noisier). Since it was July this could have been a real problem, but the weather was unusually cool.

Excellent service and safe location, close to 3 metro services, the bathroom in our room is very modern with beautiful glass tiles and massage faucets, beautiful room. My two daughters love the bath room.

180 euro a night is kind of high price for us and not including breakfast.

This is genuinely the best, most friendly and most charming hotel in Paris. I have stayed in many of all differing costs and quality and without doubt this is the only hotel I would ever want to stay in when visiting this beautiful city. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and make you feel so welcome. The rooms are amazing! Yes they are like many city rooms smaller than average but none are as well commissioned as these. So well thought out - no detail has been missed. Set down a quiet side street in probably one of the best areas of the city. So easy to access from G De Galle airport via the RER 3 mins walk and a minute from the Metro with easy access to the rest of the city. The restaurants in the area are bountiful and of such amazing quality. Le Rotunde is so friendly and brilliant value many visits had to be made back. For a really special evening try La Closerie des Lilas - simply the best meal I have ever eaten.
