Der direkte Zugang mit Fahrstuhl vom Parkplatz zum Hotelflur, um schwere Sachen ins Zimmer zu bringen. In einem Studio mit Kochnische hat man oft Lebensmittel und eigene Küchenausstattung dabei.

Keine Klimaanalge und kleine Küche, die nur notdürftig ausgestattet war.

Friendly helpful staff, ideal location to access historic and marine aspects of town. Self contained for independent traveller. Convenient parking.

Location was good only 10mins walk to the harbour.

It is quite far - 15mins walk from te hcentre. The hotel is actually in the middle of an industrial area.

La Rochelle centre was 10-15 minutes walk and is a very nice town with some great restaurants.

The family room was cramped and the beds were very uncomfortable with flat pillows. The decor was bland. Towels were not changed in 3 days. We had to walk through where the children were sleeping to use the toilet, and they had to walk through our bedroom to get to the bathroom. We looked at another room to upgrade however the improvement was minimal it was not worth spending anymore money. The location can best be described as an industrial estate. We travelled around France and stayed in 4 hotels - this one left us disappointed in comparison to the others.

Very enjoyable overnight stop en route for the Dordogne. Perfect. Lovely to have the pool as well. Well-situated for the old town as well.

Swimming pool water rather cold. Can it be heated...? Is it possible to pick up any English language tv channels..?

Walking distance to restaurants and the port.

Unfortunately description said equiped kitchen. Only 1 fork, 3 plates, 1 wine glass, 3 coffee cups...You had to pay to get the towels changed, or room cleaned and we bought our own toilet paper when that ran out. The double bed was so small I moved into the other room on the spare bed with my mother in law so everyone could get a decent nights sleep! Our room was very stuffy as the windows didn't open up enough but the other room had a sliding window for the balcony. Breakfast was extremely limited.

One main thing was that the Apartment was very clean and luxorious. It was a good size for all of us 5 and we enjoyed the balcony area so we could eat breakfast and lunch outside. The location was great and we walked into town to get fruit and vegetables and also to have our evening meal at the Quay Side Resteraunts. The Apartment was fun and we had some great laughs, The maid service was very good, however there was not sufficent cutlery and crockery for everyone. It was good to have a fridge and a dishwasher, the location of the microwave was not very good. It was too high and not easily accessable. All five of us enjoyed our stay for many reasons. Our party was veried ages, Myself, my Daughter qnd three Grandchildren ages 16, 14 and 10. We will use your Hotel group again.

The water in the swimming pool outside our apartment was very cold even though the weather was very hot. And maybe a lack of television channels. We are english, and would've liked a kettle to make tea.
