Appart'hôtel Archipel

The staff were excellent. All 14 of us had an absolutely fabulous time. We will definately use it again.

The pool at the hotel was great and it was never packed so it was always possible to get a sun lounger there, the kiddies pool was great too for the little ones. The apartment was very small but made excellent use of space and it was great to have a balcony it gave the apt extra space.

We did not have a car so it was very difficult to get groceries and cleaning products. There are very few shops and services in the district of the hotel. The staff directed us to a supermarket in the city centre which was quite a bit away but two days before we left we found a Spar shop nearby, it would've been ideal if we had known it was there from the beginning. One of the staff members did not want us to pay in cash for drinks or tickets and kept trying to insist that she would put it on our bill, on one occasion she refused to sell us water unless she could put it on our bill, this was inconvenient for us as we specifically wanted to pay as we went for extras. Other staff members had little knowledge of tourist information.

Although there was always plenty going on in La Rochelle it was nice to enjoy a few days by the goreous pool..

great location near to the centre of la rochelle. clean, spacious and very well equipped. would definitely use this hotel again.

it was a little far from town, but still walking distance so not too bad.

I thought the receptionist was very friendly and helpful on arrival! My whole experience of checking in took me 5 minutes and instantly I was impressed and happy! No quees or waiting around. The apartment was allot bigger than other hotels I have stayed in France which tend to be tiny! Close enough to restaurants and nightlife. Fantastic for children as I liked the door between the living room and bedroom giving you privacy. Fantastic Hotel, would certainly stay in it again chain and would certainly recommend it to others. 12h00 check out is brilliant.

The privacy of the curtains were not great. I felt a bit exposed to the outside when sleeping. I would recommend blinds or thicker curtains.

The hotel was in a very convenient location realtive to the city centre making it ideal for site seeing. The room was spacious and clean and facillities were adequate. The pool area was a a good place to let the children let off some steam. Secure parking for the car with bike carier was welcom

I thought the price paid was expensive considering the hotel facillities. No early check in was offered despite the room being ready.

C'est dommage y a rien de particulier dans l'hotel !

L'accueil des réceptionniste qui ne sont pas très souriante et qui ne sont pas serviable, je n'ai pas pu récupéré mon ticket de carte bleu et aussi pour le prix c'est trop cher, pas de réseau dans les chambres, même si j'avais une clé 3G je n'ai pas pu me connecter, il faut quitter la chambre à 10h c'est trop tôt et pour finir la situation géographique est nul même avec un GPS j'ai eu du mal à trouver !

La taille de l'appartement le confort de la literie

Pour une cuisine soit disant équipée, absolument rien qui permette de faire du café, tres peu de vaiselle et en plus le peu qu'il y a est sale aucun accessoire de nettoyage de base (pastilles lave vaiselle, eponge) on nous a vendu un set ridicule au prix prohibitif de 7.5 euros
