The double room is quite spacious and looks calm with wooden colours. One night after 11pm there was an alarm which finally was a false one, next morning nobody from the staff explained or appologiged it for us. Also the cover was quite thin, it was cold to sleep even though there was an extra one. |

Hotel room was clean and well equipped. It was only a short trip into town by walking up to the water taxi. We were kept awake for two nights by other noisy guest who were outside having a bbq both nights until well after midnight. Hotel staff did nothing to get them to quieten down. |

We only stayed for 1 night as we arrived late at night so it was a bit too late to travel to our destination with two kids but the following morning we did walk from the hotel to La Rochelle port before we left so I would say the situtation of Hotel was good as it was within walking distance from a really nice lively bustling place. |

I had not realised I had booked a suite with kitchen as I was just looking for a 4 bedded room so that was a bonus, as was the swimming pool. Hard mattress. Kitchen had very little crockery or cutlery. |

Its a nice room with a terrace. 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Nice view of the carpark. The location is near town but in the middle of an industrial warehouse district. Their website claimed they had bikes for hire but there aren't. I was given a leaflet of a bike hire business 20 mins away. Beware of varying refund policys and payments on different rooms. I had to pay in full up front and was told that there were no refunds. Wesite lacks clarity. Rooms not properly cleaned every day |

Very good appartment and service. No hot water boiler problems! Enough household goods to prepair proper maels! Not so far from town center. It's a nice walk and you even can take a boat ( Le Passeur) to cross the harber if you don't like to walk. When the hotel is fully booked, they sometimes have problems with the towels to wash and dry them, so that you have to wait to get fresh ones. |

Staff and location very good They tried to cancel our reservation; there was no air conditioning and thus the room was hot, stuffy & noisy from neighbour occupants late at night |

very clean and spacious room with nice bathroom facilities. Quite and bright location and near the 'centre ville'. i would return here again I asked for the digicode for the front door (a sign on the main door said to use the code to open door!) I was told i wouldnt need it as there was always someone on the front desk. The following night there was shutters down on the front desk and I was locked outside. I had to walk around for 30 minutes in the cold night air until another hotel resident came to the door to let me in. |

excellent car-parking facilities asked for higher room but received a ground-floor appartment which was difficult as the patio doors didn,t lock properly so really needed a safe in the accomodation |
