I am not very happy with the hotel,we parked right outside the hotel door with our car and had our 2 very expensive mountain bikes stolen from the bike rack,the 4 locks were snipped with cutters and the hotel said nothing they could do, the security cameras were not working,staff not helpful at all.wouldnt recommend this hotel and will be writing on trip advisor about it. |

It was a great location, clean and decent facilities. The driving directions from your website sent us down no entry roads, one-way streets the wrong way etc. The pool is too cold too swim in, even the paddling pool is too cold for children even in August. |

We stayed in an appartment which was brilliant for a family of four with two seperate bedrooms and a lounge area as well as a balcony. Breakfast is quite expensive but at this hotel the children had breakfast free which helped. There is a pool which is fine for the children. |

Great location only 10mins into town. Also as it was an aparthotel and we have young children it gave us the option to prepare food rather than use expensive cafe's. This was basic accommodation but worked better for us than a normal hotel and as the apartment had 2 rooms it allowed us to put the kids to bed and we could watch tv etc The accommodation was very basic more kitchen equip would be better, the Internet connection was expensive, breakfast was expensive (we found cheaper in town over looking the harbour) and it needed a wash hand basin in the toilet |

very clean and modern, a nice apartment The pool, which was the main deciding factor for me, was not heated and absolutely freezing, colder than the ocean. Also we did not get the best room location, facing parking and a boat yard , on the ground floor. They said they were full however. |

Good to have a swimming pool and the breakfast on the first day was very good. Breakfast on the second day was poor as most of the food had been eaten by the time we got there, which although late was still before 10.30. The bedroom should have a second door not just a window |

The room had almost everything I needed, it was clean and comfortable. Parking facilities were excellent - best I had in France. Would like to have had WiFi Internet available, even if not free. Also the building work going on outside was noisy in the morning - not great if you're looking for a lie in! |

Spacious, light appartment with comfortable beds. Two small points: for a supposedly self-catering appartment there was a shortage of glasses and plates.And the internet connection was extremely slow. |

Very nice staff, very clean and nice. Good location, 10min walk to La Rochelle center or take the ferry. Rooms a bit small. The childrens pool was out of order during our stay, which was a big disappointment. |

Easy access for parking and getting our luggage and bikes into our room and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining routes into city centre. The rooms were spacious even with our bikes ( a challenge in European spaces) |

the restaurant was bright & spacious, food was fresh and well presented. our 'appartment' was small and not very comfortable. 210 euros was too expensive for what it was. breakfast was an additional 12 euros the appartment / room was small and not all that comfortable |

Nice and helpfull but unprofessional staff Our room had no air conditioning and it was only possible to open two tiny windows. The room temperature stayed around 30 degrees all night even with relatively moderate outdoor temperature, The family apartment had a kitchen but it was very poorly equipped. We had to share plates, knives and glasses during breakfast. |

The location od the hotel was excellent: close to the city centre and the aquarium. The neighbourhood was nice and peaceful. The room was clean and the room service worked very well. Lots of space for car parking - without extra fees. Our family of five (kids 7years, 2years and 1 year) stayed in a one bed-room apartment - I would now book a bigger room. The "fully equipped" kitchen turned out to be just a 1,5 meter little space for refridgerator, stove without oven and sink - not really a kitchen for cooking food. The room had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. |

Although it's situated on a modern business park, the hotel is a short walk from the Old Port of La Rochelle, which was really interesting and beautiful at night. This was the most expensive place we stayed on our trip, but probably due to the fact that it has a pool. |

Staff was very helpful, provided information about the local area and answering typical tourist questions; in English! Underground parking; secure. Just outside of the main town area, so it was quiet at night. Refrigerator and freezer a real bonus. Great closets and shower. No fan, no AC. |
