niente, discreta struttura, il personale molto gentile! Non proprio negativo, ma molto distante dal centro città! Posizione infelice per andare al centro sia a piedi che con un taxi!

It was a short stay Noise. People had access to the swimming pool through the night so at 5 in the morning people were partying by the Pool.

Apartment well suited to accommodate family of four. Well located with short walk to city centre. Good, secure parking. Cooking facilities a bit sparse for four people.

It was clean. It is quite far - 15mins walk from te hcentre. The hotel is actually in the middle of an industrial area.

When we arrived following check in, we found that the room hadnt been cleaned from the previous people. The staff member was not very apologetic but sorted it eventualy. Breakfast was poor value for money also.

La Rochelle centre was 10-15 minutes walk and is a very nice town with some great restaurants. The family room was cramped and the beds were very uncomfortable with flat pillows. The decor was bland. Towels were not changed in 3 days. We had to walk through where the children were sleeping to use the toilet, and they had to walk through our bedroom to get to the bathroom. We looked at another room to upgrade however the improvement was minimal it was not worth spending anymore money. The location can best be described as an industrial estate. We travelled around France and stayed in 4 hotels - this one left us disappointed in comparison to the others.

Very enjoyable overnight stop en route for the Dordogne. Perfect. Lovely to have the pool as well. Well-situated for the old town as well. Swimming pool water rather cold. Can it be heated...? Is it possible to pick up any English language tv channels..?

Great location. Within walking distance to the old town. Very close to the Aquarium. Hot water was boiling - need to be careful, especially with children.

Walking distance to restaurants and the port. Unfortunately description said equiped kitchen. Only 1 fork, 3 plates, 1 wine glass, 3 coffee cups...You had to pay to get the towels changed, or room cleaned and we bought our own toilet paper when that ran out. The double bed was so small I moved into the other room on the spare bed with my mother in law so everyone could get a decent nights sleep! Our room was very stuffy as the windows didn't open up enough but the other room had a sliding window for the balcony. Breakfast was extremely limited.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, excellent internet connection, easy parking, room clean and bright. The breakfast is very poor. No fruit, no decaf coffee, no sweetener, day old bakery goods, expensive for what it is. Around the corner is a store where you can buy a much better breakfast for 1/3 of the price and bring it to your room, where there is a kitchen. The catering staff seem to know it is poor but don't care.

One main thing was that the Apartment was very clean and luxorious. It was a good size for all of us 5 and we enjoyed the balcony area so we could eat breakfast and lunch outside. The location was great and we walked into town to get fruit and vegetables and also to have our evening meal at the Quay Side Resteraunts. The Apartment was fun and we had some great laughs, The maid service was very good, however there was not sufficent cutlery and crockery for everyone. It was good to have a fridge and a dishwasher, the location of the microwave was not very good. It was too high and not easily accessable. All five of us enjoyed our stay for many reasons. Our party was veried ages, Myself, my Daughter qnd three Grandchildren ages 16, 14 and 10. We will use your Hotel group again. The water in the swimming pool outside our apartment was very cold even though the weather was very hot. And maybe a lack of television channels. We are english, and would've liked a kettle to make tea.

Reception staff were efficient and helpful, onsite parking easy, room was a good size and had a balcony. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the marina and old town. Room furniture and decor were a little tired. The appartment block is situated in a light industrial area but its not too bad but don't expect any great views. Didn't have their breakfast, we stayed at 10 hotels this trip and here was the most expensive breakfast of them all. Wi fi at 2 euros and hour was also the most expensive especially when most provide it free of charge.

They moved our room on the second day when e requested a room change. Staff seemed helpful. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk into town. We booked a room for 4 adults and got a double bed and bunk beds and the lounge sofa/trundle. The room had two towels and four pillows in total and in no way was it ready for 4 adults. We requested a change of room and that happened on the second day. There was no kitchen towel or cloth supplied and only two people could sit on the sofa lounge comfortable to watch tv. The appartmeent is not well equiped for a stay much longer than a couple of nights and was comparatively more expeensive than we have found throughout the rest of Europe. The washing facilities had an extra charge.
