cooking facilities is pretty good.

This is a nice appart hotel with everything you need in economy holiday. There is a good kitchen with cooking battery. The supermarket is just 500 metres from the hotel. Even can't say a bad word about it!

Wi-Fi is available only in lobby.

Not very expensive, clean, kitchen so you can cook food yourself. Nice when having a car.

the environment is not really nice as it is close to a highway. But when you have a car amd just stay there for the night and are out during the day it doesnt matter.

Clean rooms with new furniture. Good for one-night stay.

We booked two studios for 3 persons each. Both rooms was small and with uncomfortable plan... And no coffee-machine on the kitchen (it was first time during our two weeks staying in France). Internet-LAN didn't work. No walking access to Annecy center.

Functional studio with small equiped kitchenette, clean bathroom and confortable bedroom. Friendly staff, good value for money for a stop of couple of days to visit the area.

Nice, clean and quiet. Having a nice cold drink, thanks to the refrigerator, in the sumer heat was very good.

Bed was too soft and the bus service stops running after around 21.00 (9 pm) so getting home from Annecy center by taxi will set you back about 10Euro.

This is a superb set-up...pristine accommodation/excellent facilities (kitchen with hob/fridge/freezer/microwave/dishwasher) flat-screen TV (only sad element was there were no English-language channels). Also secure parking on site. Great for overnight or weekend/week stay. We will definitely be using Appart'City again in France.

The size of the room, the huge bathroom and the nice kitchen, made our stay very comfortable, The staff was vas very friendly and helpful,

We couldn't hook to the internet with a the cable they supplied, for G sake, didn't you hear about Wi Fi ? Why should we go to the lobby in order to hook ? (by the way, when we did it, we met some other travellers and got some nice encounters, so the bottom line was not so bad...)

AppartCity is a very nice hotel, that provides full value for the money paid (we stayed in a family roomin June 2012 and it was the cheapest we could find. Considering that it was a last minute booking we were afraid the room would turn out to be poorly equipped, old-fashioned, badly cleaned, etc .. But the room service was good, we had all the equipment a family needs: a kitchenette, a kettle, television, internet, wardrobes. We had a shower - not a bath what wasn't very convenient for the baby but I believe it differs with rooms. The personnel was polite and efficient: sent us an sms saying the entrance code as we were arriving late at night.

The only disadvantages I can think of are the location (not very close to the lake and Annecy sights) and absence of free parking: the hotel offered a paid one, and a place was to be ordered in advance.

In the last night the key to our room suddenly didn't work so we had to call an emergency number to get it fixed because they don't have staff around during the night. This was a real nuisance because the calls were expensive and it took about 2 hours to get it fixed after a long and exhausting day. Also it is not in Annecy, but we knew that going in and rented a car. They didn't clean the room during our stay.

Very good value, easy access to the city (by car), dog-friendly. Self- catering facilities very basic.

Not many shops or restaurants accessible on foot. Car required. Bed very squeaky!

terrible smell coming from shower - sewage smell but this soon disappeared after running some water a bread knife would have been useful

petit debit D eau A la douche avec evacuation des eaux usees bouchee tres desagreable de se doucher dans ces conditions, lits avec sommiers grincants qui reveille et pas de chauffage dans la piece principale donc sejour ecourte avec 1nuit sur 2 chambres louees mauvaise affaire du coup.
