Not being able to watch an English channel on TV. They did say they would put a box in our bedroom, but when reception came to fit it it would not work so they gave back the 5 euros. Itr would also have been nice to have Wifi in the bedroom - only available if you had a cable - this we did not know before we left. We had to sit in reception to access our internet on our Tablets.

The studio was a decent size with adequate cooking facilities and bathroom. The bed was a bit squeaky but comfortable enough, It was close to the bus station and quite central.

I had problems getting into the building because it was Easter Sunday and there was no staff on duty. It was locked and I had to spend quite a long time phoning the Appart. City company to find out how to get in. It was a bit scary finding myself locked out though I did eventually manage to get in. Also there was no staff on Easter Monday either.

Beziers city is worth a visit, we spent a day walking around Beziers. Would recommend staying somewhere else though.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it was very plain. The beds were uncomfortable and when we told the staff they did not seem concerned, even dismissive of our comment. Would not stay again.

Nicely appointed apartment. We had a deck (not every unit has one) which was great. We liked that they sent us an email a few days beforehand informing us of the access codes as we were arriving on Sunday when the reception is closed (I suggest that be sent out at least 5 days beforehand as one is not always connected to the Internet when travelling).

Shower head over bath could not be hooked up. Had to hold nozzle which is unhelpful. Bed mattress was very thin foam and uncomfortable as it sloped No wifi on Sunday as reception unmanned.

Lovely big shower room, lots of hot water, reasonably equipped kitchenette.

In our basic studio apartment the bed was a sofa bed - not the most comfortable and creaked when you moved.

Good rooms, clean, all facilities in the room.

In weekend no staff and wifi didnt work , so you cant ask for nobody any questions.

Modern accommodation about a 10 minute walk from Bezier's centre. Travelling as a family group of six with two young children, we wanted accommodation that meant we could all be in one apartment. Room was well equipped, comfortable and air conditioned.

The cost of the breakfast was quite expensive compared to buying it from a boulangerie.

Spacious appartment. Adequately equipped to self cater for a few days. Clean and nice bed linen. Close to city centre. Great air con.

A very clean, modern, new hotel in a great location in the city centre. The kitchenette is ideal with small hobb, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Good flat screen tv. Ideal for exploring the city. Brand new furniture lovely clean bathroom, quiet , very efficient aircon. Lift to underground parking.

The hotel was very difficult to find down the narrow city centre streets. Good directions, infact any directions would be usefull when booking confirmed. We received no directions and looked on `via michellin` although correct the street signs are impossible to see .It would help if the hotel gave their own directions on the webb site. Although clean and modern, the room was tiny ! the bed was a sofa bed , which was not made clear atall at time of booking ,and not very comfortable. When extended you could barely squeeze between the end of the bed and the desk/dressing table. Only just big enough for me and my 12 year old, For two adults the room would have been claustrophobic. It was ok for one night for the price we paid though. Also I like having 24 hour reception ! I don`t think the `apparthotel` thing is for me !

The apartment was functional and relatively spacious, and housekeeping was good. The kitchens are more than usually well-appointed. The air conditioning worked well. Overall, the hotel was a great value for a good location in Béziers and a good room.

The bed was surprisingly cheap and uncomfortable. One of the rooms only had a sofa bed.

Rooms were very small. Bed needs to fold up to have any space... And they are fold up beds. Shower very compact as well.

The apartment was small but it was light and airy and had a balcony. (Not all the apartments do - worth checking and paying extra if necessary.) Cooking area a bit cramped - but fine for simple meals. Ideal if you want the freedom and privacy that a hotel doesn't offer (and if you don't mind keeping the place clean yourself).

Fairly central location, spacious and clean room.

The hotel was fine, however Beziers as a location to take public transport to the surrounding areas isn't ideal, would recommend hiring a car.

Good location, we took a taxi from the railway station but if you take the bus from the airport, dont get off at the railway station, stay on it until you get to the bus depot which is about 300 m from the apartments. Check it out on a map first. Good acommodation standard, clean and tidy, helpful staff.
