very nice calm place with a private terrace/balcony
internet/TV did not work most of the time; kitchenware is far too modest
Kitchen Bathroom Neighboorhood
No wifi No private garden
Great location with a 10 mins walk to the seafront along a lovely river, which is well lit after dark. Very clean spacious room with a large bathroom and the best shower ever. Nice balcony and lovely clean pool. Very helpful and friendly staff who got us some extra pillows.
Bed was a sofa bed but good size and very firm.

the pool area is very small and not fitted out with enough chairs unbrellas etc
- good underground parking - good location away from the noise and still close enough to beach and the A8 highway
- the pictures on Booking.com for each room type are all the same and they do not match the reality (maybe they are all from the Superior double studio, but it for sure doesn't look like this for the regular Double studio) - awful squeaking bed - rust and mold in the shower - cleaning in the common areas like the staircase must be done very rarely, since a huge spider we killed was still there on the floor days after, along with dust and others - almost had our reservation cancelled without any notice due to the fact they couldn't charge the 1st night from the credit card (but they didn't bother to let me know, until I insisted in getting the code for late arrivals; the issue was settled only a few minutes before our flight's departure) - tiniest kitchenette
reception caused problems for late arrivals
-beds were ok -tv -lots of lights -receptionist was friendly -hairdryer -location
-pool was only open during reception staff working hours. Closed at 6pm on a sunday, 7 or 8 pm on other days. They need a lifeguard there. -no cleaning done for short stays but its an apartment. If staying for 7 days or longer, then only cleaning is done. -Showers smell, need to clean limescale off shower head
Location is good, very close to the beach and the canals. Room is nice and contains a mini kitchen which is very handful.
Location short walk to beaches 10 minutes.Staff excellent and very helpful.Studio good.We would go back provided we got a proper bed and not a sofa bed!
We did not like the sofa bed to noisy who decided on these has not slept on one!
Low price Studio room with a kitchen
Location, cleanliness and comfort.
We were promissed a text with a code for those arriving late, this never came and we couldn't get through on the tel. no. supplied? So no entry card for our apartment, just what you don't need when you have been traveling all day, this really isn't acceptable!!!
Clean, tidy and exceptional value for money.
Terrible water drainage in the bathroom! Water from the shower goes everywhere.
Having our own kitchen, havng our own outside area, pool, late night access
Late night access was poorly organised meaning some people stuggled to get into their rooms. Reception only seemed to be open half the time. Could have done with a maid service or clean halfway through the stay-didn't really lile having to clean it ourselves.
Excellent location; friendly and helpful staff; peaceful gardens; close to the sea (15 minute walk); fantastic car park; clean and tidy rooms; huge bathroom.
Like many modern buildings the sound insulation is very poor - able to hear footsteps, plumbing noises, TVs, and movement in other rooms; there should be more clarity in the booking process that a double bed is a pull-out sofa bed, not a conventional double bed!
Beautiful new & clean bathroom, friendly staff, useful car park, beautiful manicured gardens & lovely pool. All very convenient but not lacking in charm! Was very impressed.
Breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was (pastries, yoghurt, bread, cold & hot drinks)
clean, small kitchen but well equipped, nice balcony. nice and quiet location.
no place to buy drinks/snack after 9-10PM nearby. We had to drive to a restaurant at the seaside to get a bottle of water after we checked-in.
Lovely bathroom Good surroundings Nice pool
Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable
The reception personnel was good. The pool was cleaned every day. The hotel is in a quiet area, there was no noise from the streets. The room was well equiped with a small dishwasher, mini kitchen, small fridge, huge bed, balcony with a plastic furniture and a nice view.
The service was poor, we had to clean the apartment ourselves for the service was done once a week and they didn't wash the bathroom at all - just vacuum-cleaning and wiping the floor. Lack of dishes. An internet cable for laptop instead of wi-fi at the room. We had to go to the reception for that purpose. Hot water is regulated by a special button in the electric cupboard in the room, if you don't know this fact, you then lack of hot water every evening, which is not ok with a baby. The reception is closed at nights, so there is none to solve the noise problems caused by the other guests behaving as savages, screaming and shouting all night long.
I liked the location 5mins walk to the beach and lovely and great restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and applies were great. Basic if your not staying in.
The dark road you had to walk down to access the apartments. every time I asked for anything iron ect I was told by the reception I don’t know where it is or one of your people have got it . no changing of towels or anyone to clean rooms for the four days we were there. Also when we entered the studio it had a moody smell the air-conditioning was not very powerful but did contain the smell after a few hours. Shower could do with a deep clean especially at the bottom black mood in between tiles and plug area. which could be easliy removed. no coffee or tea. Also people actual live there.
It was clean and it wasn't overpriced.
I didn't like the fact that the room was not cleaned during my 3 nights stay .
location ok if you want some peace away from the noisy streets of Cannes
at the end of the biulding A, ground level (A06), in the night, the sprinklers washes the wall and the window, wich is very annoying all night long...i had to improvise and I put the plastic table in front of it like a shield in order to have a good night sleep :))
The place is in a beautiful spot, near the park and rivers, and within an easy walk of the beach (of about 10-15 mins).
The road serving the apartments is narrow and poorly made up, however they have a good underground car park.
kitchen is a plus, fridge is an iceberg(!), easy access
reception closed after 5pm, bed somewhat uncomfortable
Very clean and comfortable apartments, the kitchen has everything you would need (except a sharp knife lol), great staff who are very accommodating and helpful. The area is beautiful and quiet, a 10-15 minute walk from a beautiful beach. A short walk to a bus stop for travel into Cannes (we stayed here for the Cannes Film Festival). Have booked again for next year!
The apartments are not sign posted from the road at all and as it is tucked down a side road, this could have been an issue to find had it not been for reading a similar comment on a previous review. I thought it was a shame that there wasn't a local supermarket close by, the closest being approximately a 15 minute walk - fine on the way, but when you're bringing bags of food back, it's not so fun! I think they have plenty of space on the premises for have their own small supermarket.
