Nothing. We could not find the place. We were unable to get our key. We do not like to be threatened to be charged extra to clean our room. You are the ryanair of rooms. It is not a hotel |

Hotel is pretty far from the sea, however, it is close to Carrefour supermarket and also to a highway road, which is good for traveling around. Hotel has a very good parking place. The holiday there was very nice and I would recommend this hotel. |

The hotel was conveniently located very near to the motorway and a huge Carrrefour to do our food shopping. The hotel building is brand new and therefore quite tidy, alhtough there was a distinct smell of garbage in the corridors. The hotel has good car parking falicilities both outside and under ground and the pool was a nice addition. The pool doesn't get much direct sun light due to it's position, though, and the scenery wasn't very nice because of where the hotel is located. The staff were friendly and seemed happy to help with any queries we had. The hotel is very basic! I'd be happy to say that it was good value for the money we paid, however the rate doesn't get you anything apart from the room and one set of bed linen and towels. The rooms aren't cleaned, and the bed linen and towels aren't changed on a daily basis, in fact not once during our 6 day stay!! You are expected to buy your own washing up liquid and dishwasher detergent, as well as bin liners! Another major issue with this hotel was it's location. It's very far from the beaches, the Antibes town centre and the train station. It will take you a minimum of 30 minutes brisk walk to get anywhere and although there is a bus stop outside the hotel, the busses run infrequently and stop altogether around 10.30pm. |

For 59 Euro per night you get a small kitchen (in a studio room), pool and Carrefour nearby. Good value for the prize. You must pay for Internet connection. TV signal not good. But these are minor issues. |

The location was excellent with the shopping centre close by (within walking distance) and also transport by bus (just outside hotel) to the centre of Antibes. |

This hotel had lots of hot water and good facilities, however it also had many defects. There was no clear sign (ie there was an obscure sign without the name of the hotel as written on the web site and advertising) on the main street, so one had to search for the hotel on the side road. On that subject, the exit on the driveway to the main road had a 25 cm drop off on half of the width (ie, it was two vehicles wide at the exit, but only the right side was at level with the street. |

We thought the rooms were very clean & tidy & well presented. The pool was not open & there were no sun lounges etc. Our balcony had no outdoor furntiure. Only two english channels available on tv plus the hours of reception were quite inconvenient. Quite expensive considering the missing luxuries. |

Clean room and a small kitchen available Using booking.com it was not clear that you MUST arrive in working time (before 19:00). Otherwise, no personnel is at the hotel, and check-in is done through call-center. Not nice to discover at the last moment. |

The room has the kitchen with everything I need (pot, pan, dishes, cleaning stuff, etc). Internet is fast (but it costs 2 euros/day). Plenty of parking space and parking fee is reasonable (6 euros/day). Sofa bed can be turned into comfy double bed. Spacious room. I paid 60 euros/day. -Internet is not free while many other apartment hotels such as Citea Hotel offers Internet for free. No daily cleaning. The deco is cold (blue). Guests are expected to take out the garbage, which I don't mind. |
