The hotel is well-facilitated. The swimming pool is particularly good for family with children. On Sundays, there is nobody in the reception. |

To avoid in the summer time. There is no air conditioning in the rooms which is hard to believe for an area like Bordeaux and makes it impossible to sleep. The manager said it was clearly stated everywhere which is not true. In addition the room itself is pretty small which is ok for 2 people but with a baby bed and the heat it made the whole experience pretty awful! |

The hotel was handy for our purposes. The room was clean and spacious, not luxurious, but it covered all demands. The hotel really coped for what it advertised. |

A room for two persons with one sofa to sleep, instead of a real bed. |

location good for an overnight stop en route to Spain as it is not far from the motorway, also not too far to go to get evening meal- good value for money with a family of four sharing a room |

The ease of booking room It is classed as non-smoking yet the 1st room we were given smelt on smoke and there was an ashtray on the table. |

Convenient to have a kitchenette to prepare breakfast and also the option of making other meals. The bed was a pullout sofa, which was not comfortable. Price is high for the place. There is no choice because of big conference happening at the time. There are no restaurants or other shopping facilites in the area. |

Any shortcomings were far outweighed by the value for money. It gave us an excellent base to go to the wonderful beaches but also easy access to the city and inland. I would certainly use it again with or without the family and would use other hotels in the chain. The swimming pool was better than you would often find in much more expensive hotels. I was disappointed that there was no room cleaning during the stay. Would be a real chore if you stayed a week! |

The room was very clean and though basic was adequate for what we needed The reception was not open at all during our stay and we did not have enough towels and also it was only because of a guest who knew the combination of the safe that we were able to get out room key. A box for depositing keys on departure would be helpful as there was no information on where to leave keys and we had to push ours under the rollup door over the reception. |
