Lage zum Stadtzentrum und zu den Stränden an der Küste ist gut. Gute Einkaufsmöglchkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Geschäftsbedingungen des Hotels wurden nur in französisch und englisch zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine deutsche Fassung wäre hilfreich gewesen. Während unseres 11-tägigen Aufenthaltes wurde unser Studio nur 1 x gereinigt. Dabei wurde kein Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt. |

Zimmer war o.k., Sauberkeit nicht perfekt, aber in Ordnung. Zimmer hat eine Miniküche, die allerdings etwas schmierig war. Wenn man mit einem ausgeklappten Schlafsofa leben kann, ist o.k.. Nicht falsch verstehen, wir haben gut geschlafen! Hat man es am Rücken, könnte das problematisch werden. Frühstück sehr spärlich, die Hotelmitarbeiter bedienen sich am gleichen "Büffet", wie die Gäste und stopfen sich für alle ersichtlich in der Küche den Bauch voll, auch wenn für die Gäste bereits keine Croissants & Baguette mehr da sind. Frühstück bis 9 Uhr, wenn um viertel vor 9 kein Baguette mehr da war, wurde auch keins mehr nachgelegt. Andere Familie musste sich deshalb selbst Brot besorgen und konnte erst dann essen... Verwunderlich bei einem Hotel war für mich, dass kein Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt wurde. Bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde nur widerwillig eine Rolle rausgerückt, die Gäste haben Toilettenpapier selbst zu kaufen... |

es war ruhig, preiswert, sauber, wenn personal vorhanden, dann nett und freundlich es gibt nicht immer Personal an der Rezeption und wenn dann nur französisch und schlecht zu verstehendes englischsprechendes. Man erfährt über eine hotline die pinnummer um einzuchecken, manchmal nur Anrufbeantworter. Frühstück ist simpel, nur zum Selbermachen, ohne Bedienung. |

Das Zimmer ist ok. Bad sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Küchenzeile ´mit allen wichtigen Utensilien.Die lAge ist sehr gut, etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber dennoch ruhig. Direkt an einem Uni- Verwaltungsgebäude. Auf den Photos sieht es sehr viel größer aus. . Im Studio für zwei Personen gibt es kein Bett sondern eine auszeihbare Couch, ist aber in Ordnng für max. 3 TAge. Danach geht es auf den Rücken.. |

Das wir ein Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile hatten, und es Nahe der Péripherique lag, so dass man überall schnell mit den Auto hinfahren konne Man teilte uns den Eingangscode nicht mit, somit standen wir eines Nachts vor der Türe und kamen nicht hinein |

It was well positioned for seeing the sites of the D Day Landings which was the reason for our visit. Tha appartment was so well appointed to enable us to do these things The fact it was closed on Sundays. This did not effect us this time but as we often travel on Sundays it could have been a problem |

Good location, very close to tram and bus stops. Very quiet area and good security. Apartment was very well equipped, modern. The bed was a fold-out type, which was a little bit uncomfortable. |

The hotel was close to the tram for Central Caen. It is clean but a bit basic. It suited us as we wanted to be close to the Normandy Beaches but would not suit a couple. |

Room was clean and smelled fresh. Bed linen clean, bathroom spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, tram stop just outside the hotel, straight into town was perfect. Still using blankets and not duvets - blankets were rough and worn. |

Nothing really. The room for 4 persons was to small. Couldn't walk around the bed to get to the bathroom. TV did not have an english channel like CNN. |

Staff were very helpful. It is convenient for public transport and local shops. The twin beds weren't as I expected - the second bed was a pull out from underneath the sofa/bed. |

Rooms were clean and modern. That's all I can say that is positive to make the required 15 words... There is nobody there to check you in after a certain time (I believe 7 pm). They give you a phone # but what do you do if you don't have a cell phone that works in france? You have to go out and find a payphone. The payphones we eventually found did not accept cash or my Visa. What do you do then... All after a long trip. (We went to a hospital and went into the offices that were still open (now 10 pm) and found somebody who would let us use the phone. We were put on hold for 5 minutes and finally got through to the call centre where nobody could explain the arcane entrance procedure in English. Fortunately I can speak French but I still had trouble understanding what they were trying to say. The hotel is VERYdifficult to find |

It was in a quiet, pleasant university / suburban type neighborhood close to major highways, with good location for our day trips to the Normandy D-Day beaches. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils which meant no surprises when preparing our meals. |
