Clean, easy parking, close to supermarket, well mantained. Recommended. Small rooms. Only table for 4 people to eat. Kitchen equipment not complete (missing glas, forks, etc).

We prefer to have cooking facilities and more room than we would find in an ordinary hotel. This unit fits the bill for that. The staff was courteous and spoke English well. It would be nice if the kitchens were better stocked with cooking utensils, I.e measuring devices. Basic condiments (salt, pepper) would be a nice touch as well.

Easy to find and parking free. Easy to get a tram into the city centre. Bed was a bit basic - a sofabed is never as comfortable as a "proper bed". Rooms not made up at all during our stay. All a little basic , but that said it was clean and cheap!

It was an ok experience Directions were not good , lost for 25 mins . Expected a larger apartment, this one was cramped and not so cheap either . Sofa and pull out bed uncomfortable . We checked in and no one on duty after about 20 mins . Expecting English tv and got none , would have checked with reception but no one there ! People loud when they left next day . Unfortunatley not a good experience .

It's a studio, so you have a kitchen, if you want to cook. Sleeping on a fold out sleeper couch isn't my idea of a comfortable night. Out of the appr. 12 places we have stayed on this trip, this was the only one with wired internet, which meant that we couldn't get online, since we had brought 3 different wi-fi devices. We had booked a room for 2 people, but we only had towels for one person. The 9€ breakfast was not worth 9€. a lot of noise from the other guests on the same floor. No, we won't stay here again.

the rooms were of a good size with onsite parking and adequate facilities. arrived late needed to call in order to get into accomodation - advised at booking the need to do this or perhaps a code given at booking in case of late arrival to allow you in and internal telephone system to connect to concierge - mobile was not working- only a suggestion

It was a great fit for our travel wishes and met the needs of a family of six with adult children. We were able to all stay in one apartment which was great for holidays. With the bathroom toilet separate from the shower/sink area, we were able to easily accommodate everyone needs. Kitchen was nicely furnished for our needs. We were a late arrival but had no difficulty arranging for access and our key.

We liked that it had kitchen facilities although they were very basic facilities. It was clean and the staff were helpful. It was in a quiet location however it was a bit farther from the city centre than I realized. The bus and tram connections were good.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The small kitchen meant you could make your own meals if necessary. We paid extra for breakfast which was good and varied. We had a 5th floor appartment so had views across to the countryside. The tram into the city passes nearby so access to the city was excellent. The location to the north of the city was ideal for access by road to the Normandy beaches which is what we were there to see. The car parking during the day was a problem due to the proximity of the university but there were plenty of spaces after 5pm. Access to the bathroom was through the bedroom so my father had to come through the bedroom at night to use the bathroom which ws not so convenient.

The kitchenette and the apartment facilities were great as well as the layout and space. We did have a 6 person apartment for three people though. Would recommend a token machine for the laundry facility and that all the equipment is in working order.

It was easily accessible from the ring road and the tramway was cheap to use to go into the centre without having to take the car and find parking spaces. Car parking on site was hard at certain times of the day as al the business and colleges around used the car park as well as the residents

The facility is an excellent idea .. The facility is poorly managed: Repair were not undertaken when requested. Also, the advertised parking space is unavailable during the morning due to a local college sharing the same entrance as the apartments, and they switch off the hot water during the afternoon and evening, which makes it impossible to shower, or prepare an evening meals in the kitchen and wash dishes and saucepans.
