The apartment for 6 people is very spacious and has a cozy atmosphere. Having a terrace was also great!

The kitchen didn't have any cutlery.

Large kitchen equipped supermarket nearby. Anyone who would like a place to go for walks so that financed convenient place

Location outside the city and, as noted, there is no one to turn to when a problem service in the lobby until 20:00, we had no hot water in the apartment and we had to wait till morning

A very good self-contained option with supermarket and tram close by.

Needed more info on what bus or tram to reach it from train.

2 well-equipped very clean studio apartments. Sofa-beds comfortable enough. On-site free parking. Breakfast OK. Handy for simple self-catering. Caen is a remarkable city, much to see and an impressive example of a community's ability to recover from devastation. Very good value. Excellent centre for touring Pays d'Auge, Suisse Normande and 1944 battlefields..

Breakfast on the expensive side but there's a big Carrefour nearby where you can get everything you need. Caen is a bit of a traffic nightmare however and I was glad to have a SatNav to find my way around.

It is nice place for weekend in Caen ...

it's very near the car ferry and supermarket plus there a plenty of places to eat near by.

My bad was broked.!! At night in the room was so cold! (I waik up with tempreture).!! I will never choose this hotel again.!

Close to restaurants, supermarket and tram for easy access to the city. Good kitchen facilities and hairdryer in bathroom. Very comfortable and quiet.

No one to let us in - I arrived at 10 pm from the car ferry in Ouistreham with my learning disabled sister and a disabled friend and another friend and unfortunately I hadn't read the second page of the booking form properly and did not realise that there would be no on there to let us in - I didn't know that there was such a thing as a hotel of any sort (and i have often stayed at other aparthotels) which had no staff after 7 pm - and then we discovered that there was no kettle in two of the rooms and nowhere to plug a kettle in in any of them apart from on the floor!!! and no decent sized cups and altogether we thought the whole operation very poor indeed. I do think an email to alert us about the opening hours would have been a good idea as most people don't read the small print until they wonder if they can cancel which i WISH I HAD!

Very clean. Good location - near supermarket and tram line which made it easy to get into the city.

Would have liked a toaster. Couldn't get into our room until 3 pm in spite of travelling all night and disembarking in Le Havre at 8 am. We arrived early and paid any money that was still due but and were told we could just pick up our key at 3 pm but when we arrived at 3 pm we had to queue to get our key and we were very tired and my wife wasn't feeling well.

Two-bedroom apartment ideal for 5 people

Easy to find, Quite, choice of eateries nearby, perfect for family long/short stay. Tram stop very close easy to get to the center of Caen. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Excellent value for money. Perfect location for visiting Memorials and Beaches. Tram is one minute walk away to take you into the Beautiful City of Caen and Parking is free at Appart. Just like a hotel except you have the freedom of an appartment. Will use them again. Very clean with every necessity catered for and close to shops.

Bed took a bit of getting used to as it is really a couch and squeaked a lot but we were al so tired from our non stop travelling to the Beaches and other excellent local features, that we hardly noticed it,

Very basic,but clean

A really inexpensive, clean and convenient bolt-hold to come back to after a day's travelling. Caen is a great location from which to explore Brittany, Normandie, Calvados and other local regions.

It was all fine for what we needed. Radio stations on the TV would have been nice

Convenient, easy check in. Functional and spacious enough for a family.

Cooking facility - hob was very very slow and not really useable - we couldn't bring water to the boil for pasta and had to add boiling water from the kettle! Microwave was above head height and you could therefore drop hot food on yourself. Freezer compartment on fridge couldn't be opened without causing damage to the fridge door because of fridge location. Similarly dishwasger door and kitchen door couldn't be opened at the same time. Kitchen design could therefore be much improved!

The accommodation is superb. The service is superb. I stay at Apart City even though I have business 2 hours drive away. This is because Appart City is unequalled.
