Spacious rooms with self catering facilities. Good parking on site and attentive staff. Should supply an electric jug and a toaster in kitchen equipment |

There is a big shopping area near here, (but if walk a bit far) so it is easy to prepare by yourself using the kitchen in the room. |

the wonderful attention and help given by the receptionist the front door was 'sticking' which left us extremely fearful that we would not be able to open the door when we arrived back. Furthermore the contact number given on the door to be used on my mobile (which was from outside France) was no longer in use!!!! This left us very worried as we could not enter when we first arrived!!!! This was really bad. |

Helpful staff; uncrowded room; shopping nearby; not far from sights The couch bed was a little uncomfortable. Might select the 1 bedroom next time if assured a more comfortable bed. |

The ability to have a self-catering apartment for 3 adults, 2 married and 1 single, with sufficient privacy all round. Convenient for town, supermarket and airport. |

The staff were friendly, helpful and polite and most of them spoke some English. Our room was spacious, modern, clean and quite comfortable with nearly all of the required facilities. It was also generally very quiet. The 7 Euro breakfast was very good value, although additional catering arrangements (e.g.snacks at lunchtime and/or a bar) would be very welcome. Apart from a couple of local shops, there are no bars, restaurants or supermarkets within comfortable walking distance. This should be made clearer in the advertising literature for the hotel. A car is needed, as although there are buses into town, they stop running at around 7.30 pm, and don't run at all on Sundays. People who have difficulty walking more than half a mile would struggle here without a car. |

It had the fridge, microwave, 2 cooking rings and a dishwasher which meant we could cater for ourselves if we chose and could chill drinks/prepare packed lunches for our daytrips. Having the pool was an added extra. The fold out settee meant we could turn the bedroom into a sitting room during the day. Whilst it was possible to walk to the hotel, it is not a walk I would like to do alone as it is long and dark in bits, along a busy road. I would recommend this for travellers who had their own transport. |

The hotel was quiet. Shower base was blocked. The reception had it repaired straight away but then the shower door would not close. |

quiet localisation, by foot - fair distance from city centre (allow 1/2 hour), 20 mins to train station, 45 mins to the castle, far away from supermarkets if by foot (30mins), shops opening hours unpredictable, closing early and at lunchtimes, although there is a bakery just across the car park. On Sundays there is no public transport at all, other days there is a No3 bus to station and town but do not expect more than 2 buses an hour and the last bus is before 8pm. if coming from airport there is a public bus to Town and the driver will drop you off at your hotel or very near if you tell him where you're staying. no mugs, not enough suacepans, forks/knives ; just enough basics |

Staff excellent - could not have been more helpful. Found us an iron and hair dryer to borrow; excellent directions etc. Plenty of parking. Efficient aircon. Good shower over the bath. Convenient for the ring road and therefore access to the airport, the Cite Mediaeval and other parts of the region as well as only 5-10 minutes into Carcassonne "modern" city centre, shops, restaurants (that is, convenient by car - but car essential). Boulangerie for diy breakfast 200m from the hotel, another only 5 mins walk, and Intermarche only a few minutes by car for essential supplies. Local post office and pharmacie also very convenient. T2 concept excellent in principle but see below ... Other than the aircon, good shower and drawers/wardrobe, the equipment in our t2 one-bedroom suite was inadequate. Decor spartan. Sat tv but cnn the only English-language channel, and not always available. Coffee maker and espresso cups, but no kettle, teapot or "normal" cups (we bought beakers in Intermarche). Microwave and dishwasher supplied, 4 rings, and a good-sized fridge but no preparation space so what's the point?! Even cutting bread for breakfast was a challenge without risking damage to the laminate-topped dining table! We used the microwave only for boiling water (very carefully) in the beakers for tea. Bed the hardest have ever experienced - really uncomfortable. A bit more investment would make all the difference. |

We were very impressed with the accommodation - ideal for our needs (two adults and two teenagers) - quiet, clean, easy to find, secure parking, near supermarkets, nice pool, friendly staff. |

The space in the apartment was very good. We stayed for just one night but we would use your hotel again if we were to stay in carcassonne again. The staff at reception were very helpful and informative. |

It's close enough to the city and has secure car parking. It also has a pool The shower was freezing cold in the morning, thank god it was roasting so I didnt mind as much. The rooms are perfect for families staying for a few days with cooking facilities etc but really not much good for a weekend break when you want comfort |

The secure parking was appreciated. The room was small but modern and clean. There was a constant dripping noise all night which we could not locate. Despite check out being 10:30am, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door twice to see if they could clean the room before we checked out. There was no tea/coffee. |

The location is good and having the swimming pool is great for the kids after a long day walking. The mattress are too hard, no kettle and bigger cups or mugs for tea would be nice and the cable tv reception is very poor. I expected two bedrooms but instead a sofa bed in the lounge. |

It was relaxing, clean and spacious for the couple of nights we stayed, the children loved the pool. There was not enough information about local attractions and how to get there. An information pack in the rooms would have been useful. |
