The location is good and the prices are not very high. Good kitchen's equipment. The service was awful, they never gave us toilet paper, the cleaning's room cost 19 euro ( in our country this service is absolutely free ) and in the room we havent got blanket, but only bedsheet.

Location was good and the staff were very helpful. The reception was not manned 24 hours a day. There was only one curtain which didn't cover the whole window.

This is the worst hotel I have3 used in 3 years of France Travel. I intend to transmit to all my friends to avoid Appart Hotel at all costs. The advertising was deceptive, the necessities were not ptrovided No refreshing of the room Directions to the hotel were difficult to understand .The cost for the breakfast addition was exhorbitant per any standards- Breae and coffe for 9 Euros-( Even in Paris Coffe and bread was 5 Euro with good service.) If it had been pobile I woudl have swtiched hotels upon arivalGenerally not a place to go again

We didnt like anything however it was clean and the sheets and towels were fresh. Main bed was goodb pull out bed not so good. Tired, smokey, could be cleaner. Lots of people sleeping in cars and vans in empty lot in front of hotel which made nervous as we were on a surf trip with lots of expensive boards on the roof, which we had to unpack and remove for the night forfear of theft. Very average and would not stay again.

Good location, 10 min walking distance to city centre. Felt cooking facilities were somewhat basic. Two electric rings but no oven, no electric kettle.

We were two families staying in 2 6 bed apartments. Both apartments were shabby and neglected looking. The dining room curtain was ripped nearly halfway accross. The bathrooms in both apartments were a disgrace. Both shower cubicles had black mould along the walls from the shower tray up to about a foot high. The balcony in one apartment was completely covered in cigarette ash and hadnt been swept or cleaned. Not terribly nice for a group of Irish teenagers who were sailing in a world competition. Breakfast was poor and a complete rip-off at 9 euro a head. Only good thing to say was that the bed linen and towels were clean.

The hotel is excellently place for walking into the town. The rooms is well provided with cooking and eating equipment and there is a microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Perfect for travellers who want to cater for themselves. The reception staff were rather offhand and unfriendly. We had to wait several minutes while staff were having a private conversation before they acknowledged our presence. The same thing when we tried to hand in our key on leaving.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only15min walk to the harbour area. OK for a night but would not reccommend for longer. Stayed in the studio room and bed was very uncomfortable.

La résidence est assez priche du centre ville. Seulement à 15 minutes de marche. Nous n'avons pas apprécié différentes choses : 1) la puanteur dans la chambre. 2) le moisi dans la douche. 3) la literie inconfortable. 4) la propreté de la pièce (à notre arrivée : traces de café dans le coin cuisine, des restes de nourriture sous le lit, des trous sur la moquette...).

Tout près du centre ville. Il n' y a pas d' ascenseur. (On était au 3°étage ) On a loué une chambre pour deux , il n' y a eu que 2 verres. Il y a une odeur d' égout qui remontait des toilettes et donc très désagreable. Il y a eu quelques poils sur la table de chevet et la douche. Le mur côté kitchennette sale. Le rideau de la chambre est déchiré. Et le bruit des autres locataires surtout la nuit n' est pas appréciable donc priblème d' insonorisation.

Hotel très bruyant, la couverture était tachée, la douche pas nette, les serviettes non plus. Enfin le lit était un canapé lit inconfortable: une alèse imperméable qui donne chaud et fait du bruit, un matelas pas assez épais. Bref je ne le conseille pas du tout.

Un seul commentaire... " N'y allez pas!!!" Appartement tout juste propre, dans une vieille residence situee a 100 m de la voie ferrée et de l'héliport de l'hopital de La Rochelle....... Murs abimés, porte trouée, plinthes decollées, plafond delabré, rideaux manquants... Bref... "N'y allez pas!!!"
