Room was clean and equipped with lots of cooking ware and kitchen utensils. Location was very good, minutes from the train station and all the city center.

Bathroom was not very good. Reception staff are not always available.

Good facilities with the kitchen and extra bathroom which means you had a lot of space and could eat in any evening and this made a nice change from having to go out for a meal every night and cut down on expenses too.

Reception was not always staffed and we had to rely on passwords and so on to gain entry which is worrying if you forget them, but it worked out ok.

I enjoyed being so close to both the town and the bus/train station. It was so easy to get buses very cheaply to nearby coastal towns which were beautiful to explore. The town has everything you need and the hotel has very good facilities for cooking. Good value.

I was happy with everything but would like wi-fi to be free as in most other hotels.

Nice hotel right in the centre of the city. Close to the shops and siteseeing. Wonderfool bakery nearby to buy something for breakfast. There is also a nice pub on the street with good cuisine. We stayed for 4 days with our 8-year son in 2-rooms apartment. The kitchen is fooly equipped. The rooms are clean though a bit small. There is a large terrace. We were asked to clean our room upon check-out, otherwise it costs abot 25 euros. Wi-fi is in the rooms and costs 2 euros per day.

Hotel parking is only 1.80 m - not for our car. There are free parking places in front of the hotel but we were asked to release it up to 9 am. A bit noisy in the morning because of the road. Terrible smell from the garbage wich is stored inside the hotel on the first floor - opposite to the breakfast room though not noticeable on the upper floors.

Nice and quiet place. Very good price. Parking space inside the building.

The room itself was small. It wouldn't be comfortable for a longer stay. Only French programs in the TV.

J'ai aimé son implantation au coeur de la ville et à proximité du bord de la côte bretonne.

Je n'ai pas aimé le manque d'équipements dans la salle de bain : pas de patère pour accrocher les vêtements ou serviettes mouillées ; absence de sèche-cheveux.

Wi-fi payant + Coût prohibitif du parking = 10 euros/jour - Les multiples tâches marron sur la tapisserie blanche de la chambre + les traces de crasse sur le sol de la salle de bains + les moisissures éparses et noirâtres sur le plafond au-dessus de la douche = sale - La lunette des toilettes qui ne tient pas + l'absence de volets dans la chambre + impossibilité de pouvoir regarder la tv une fois allongé car l'écran fixé en hauteur n'est pas inclinable = pas pratique - Rideaux moches + tapisserie bleue lavasse des toilettes + lino sale des toilettes = laid.

Bon rapport qualité/prix pour cet hotel situé dans le centre de Lannion. La chambre est grande et l'appartement bien équipé et fonctionnel, bcp de rangement. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème niveau bruit.

Canapé-lit peu confortable. Douche qui inonde facilement la salle de bain. Attention au parking devant l’hôtel qui est en zone bleue: PV fréquents...

Centre ville prés de la gare et du resto ouvert....le dimanche soir

Sommes arrivés un dimanche soir donc pas de personnels à l'accueil, c'est un peu juste même si en téléphonant on a les codes d'accès.Literie très nettement inconfortable, il s'agit en fait d'un canapé lit déplié, désagréable au possible.

LA fonctionnalité du studio, la localisation du studio et les stationnements.

Litterie peu confortable dans ce studio.

Prix bien trop élevé. Wifi en options 2€ avec une chambre à 60 euro.... Petit déjeuner 8,50 trop chère également.

Nous avons aimé l'accueil, l'appartement bien conçu, le calme, le parking au sous-sol et la situation géographique. Nous y reviendrons.

Le lit est en fait un canapé lit au confort minimum
