Appart'City Lannion  

Room was clean and equipped with lots of cooking ware and kitchen utensils. Location was very good, minutes from the train station and all the city center.

Bathroom was not very good. Reception staff are not always available.

Good facilities with the kitchen and extra bathroom which means you had a lot of space and could eat in any evening and this made a nice change from having to go out for a meal every night and cut down on expenses too.

Reception was not always staffed and we had to rely on passwords and so on to gain entry which is worrying if you forget them, but it worked out ok.

Nice hotel right in the centre of the city. Close to the shops and siteseeing. Wonderfool bakery nearby to buy something for breakfast. There is also a nice pub on the street with good cuisine. We stayed for 4 days with our 8-year son in 2-rooms apartment. The kitchen is fooly equipped. The rooms are clean though a bit small. There is a large terrace. We were asked to clean our room upon check-out, otherwise it costs abot 25 euros. Wi-fi is in the rooms and costs 2 euros per day.

Hotel parking is only 1.80 m - not for our car. There are free parking places in front of the hotel but we were asked to release it up to 9 am. A bit noisy in the morning because of the road. Terrible smell from the garbage wich is stored inside the hotel on the first floor - opposite to the breakfast room though not noticeable on the upper floors.

Nice and quiet place. Very good price. Parking space inside the building.

The room itself was small. It wouldn't be comfortable for a longer stay. Only French programs in the TV.

Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et la réception a pris la peine de nous téléphoner pour nous indiquer les codes d'accès à cet appartement.

Pas de charme du tout. Très impersonnel. Petit déjeuner avec du choix. Beaucoup de services en supplément. Notre télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Il faut bien reagarder le compteur éléctrique pour mettre en route le chauffage. Une couette était humide et moisie... Je pensais que le petit dej était inclus dans le prix et en fait, non...

Le tarif des petits déjeuné est exorbitant contenu de sa composition, surement pour vous incitez à le prendre en chambre équipé.

bonne situation hotel agréable et calme

Nous avons aimé l'accueil, l'appartement bien conçu, le calme, le parking au sous-sol et la situation géographique. Nous y reviendrons.

Le lit est en fait un canapé lit au confort minimum

L'Appart'City de Lannion se trouve à proximité de la zone piétonne et il est idéal pour tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la Côte de Granit Rose : à 15mn des sites de Trégastel et Ploumanac'H.

L'Appart'City de Lannion est longé par un boulevard relativement passant et l'isolation phonique (avec l'extérieur) est mauvaise, ce qui n'est pas agréable.

Réservation rapide et facile sur internet et nous avons apprécier l'autonomie laissez aux clients de l’hôtel ainsi que la discrétion de l’hôtel.

A notre arrivée la chambre empestait l'eau de toilette pour homme, le rideau de douche n’était pas franchement efficace, et il aurait été bien judicieux de munir les fenêtres de doubles vitrages car notre fenêtre donnait sur la route passante et franchement bruyante le matin.

Très bon équipement de la chambre, avec frigo, plaques chauffantes et micro ondes + vaisselle !
