Location was poor. No proper place to eat in close proximity. Supermarket is a 1km away. staff at the reception was good except one African gentlemen who needs some lessons in politeness to serve at a reception.
No baby bed available upon our request. The room that we get was not clean or arranged. no hot water till 11 pm. Very bad customer service. The receptionist called SHAKIR as I remember is the worst receptionist ever he doesn't listen to our complaints nor communicate with us his answer is always you can leave if you are not satisfied we will charge you any way. He even told me you paid 75 euro for a night this what you get. we were doing a europ trip with car so we slept in more the 12 hotel before we get to paris and that was the worst night ever.
Self catering. Having a fridge, a plate, a bottle opener saves money on eating out all the time
The bed was a fold-out couch. No air con, and opening the windows meant letting the mosquitoes in.
I booked the hotel as it's not far away from parc des exposition, besides some cancellation cost incurred if I had not chosen it. That's it. It's not pleasant experience at all.
There was no bed for us. It was a pull out couch bed for my wife and I. I asked about this and they didn't seem to care. Was not mentioned in booking room. Toilet seat loose. Shower door wouldn't close. We felt very uncomfortable in the whole situation. I asked for a discount for what they gave me. Nothing happened as far as I know.
size of suite proximity to transport to Paris central
Bad smell dirty bathroom with uncleaned corners and broken tiles unusable power points in kitchen.. no toaster or boiling jug cramped cooking facilities unhelpful reception staff for most of the time lack of info (printed) for advice and directions for travellers no laundry facilities
kitchen facility and space utilisation
Need daily attention on guests bathroom accessories and clean requirements..
close to airport quite place
no restoran for dinner - had to go to another hotel
Looks like an refuge camp
What I saw in the pics wasn't the real thing.
the staff very nice
the position is not very well, far away from the U-Bahn. and few restaurant in there.
CLEAN ONLY ONCE PER WEEK
it was quiet
We offten didnt have hot wather. Wi-fi just in the lobby.
I liked the staffs because their friendly and understanding,
Its very far from the train station, and night 10pm , its very hard to get a bus from Train station to the hotel . Thier bed was too too small, and was no Wifi in the rooms yet you pay and the internet of a cable wire its dam slow.
the around view
When I arrived at the hotel, they could not find the key for the room; they gave me two keys that did not work. Once the receptionist found the key, he stated that he could not leave it with me. I stated that I would not stay in the room unless there was a key to lock the door. He wanted to assure me that the hotel was safe and there was no need for a key! I stated again that I would not stay without a key, but it took over 10 min to convince the receptionist.
the room is well equipped
cleaning only once a week
Clean, comfortable room. Good shower. Small galley kitchen with microwave ,hob ,fridge and dishwasher. Helpful friendly staff.
Breakfast was poor for the price. Very little to choose from if breakfasting later than 7am. Staff didnt see to replenish anything.
that there was kitchen
The fact that the staff allowed the previous guest to visit the room on his own with a key at the middle of the night, because the guest had forgotten his "shirt"...Just blows your mind away...
I did like the size of the room, especially the bath room. The room was pretty quiet.
The hygiene of the room was pretty awful. I didn't dare to use the kitchenware as it looked too dirty. The stairs needed a refurb. Breakfast was a bit concise.
The price was attractive for 5 nights.
The state of the room, the smell in the room, the lack of service, no heating in the room, no kettles, half kitchenette équipment missing or so dirty that you don't want to use it! Fire doors at the entrance of building broken, lucky we're no fire!! Misleading free internet, not suitable for modern equipment! Reception staff are very arrogant!! And if you wanted breakfast, you had to book?! What a stupid thing to do if you want to run a business!? Overall the worst place I ever stayed!!!
