The kithenette and the parking space were good. All the linen(bedsheets, towels etc) were smelly. |

Helpful and efficient receptionist was able to deal with all our enquiries.Fairly easy to locate from Ferry terminal. Carrefour supermarket within easy walking distance. The hotel does not seem to have Family rooms. As a Family of 2 adults and 2 children we would have welcomed a family room, but had to take a double and a twin on 2 separate floors.Rooms are very small but with adequate catering facilities for 2 (including microwave and fridge). |

The room charges were deducted from my credit card before I arrived. I was not allowed to pay the hotel bill by cash / credit card on check out. My credit card can be charged the next day if I do not arrive, but not before. This is not mentioned in the agreement also. |

It was very clean. My key malfunctioned and I could not leave the hotel for a large part of the day/sunlight hours on my second day there because I could not lock the door. Also it is in a somewhat derelict part of the city. |

The hotel was good but the location was is bad. I had booked private parking. Becauase I was arriving on Sunday all the keys were to left in your safe. The remote key for the parking was not supplied. I found this very disapointing due to the local invirement e.g. car windows smashed on all the streets in close proximity to the hotel. |

The female receptionist was very nice and friendly. Nice to have a kitchenette when you travel alone. It is a good business hotel with correct value for money. When one check in, they hand over2 sheet of papers to you and ask to check the number of diches, spoon, forks, knife, caps etc(one paper is checking list for this), then the condition of wall, floor, ceiling for each room like when you rent a real house. To stay for 1-2 night it is too much work, and I think checking wall and ceilling is their job, not client. Also the check list is only in... |

The rooms and decore are new, fresh and modern (at least for now). There is a kitchenette in every room which makes it economically if you don't mind cooking. It is quite far both from the station and the city centre, the area feels a bit dodgy, the reception is only open during mornings and evenings and closed on Sundays. |

Accès aisé à ma réservation malgré l'heure de fermeture passée. Tout était prêt et la réservation bien prise en compte Pas de notice d'utilisation des radiateurs. Il serait bon de proposer des repas livrés pour le soir |

Comodo, con parcheggio interno. Ambienti puliti in un contesto recente. Il personale alla reception è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Camera un po' piccola dove era rimasto odore di fumo da cliente precedente. |

j'ai aimé le prix, très interessant, ainsi que ce principe, très innovant. On a tout le confort d'un vrai hotel (linge à disposition, sèche cheveux ... ) tout en étant chez soi ! très agréable ! peut être les heures d'ouverture de la réception un peu restrictives, mais une fois qu'on est prévenu, ça va ! |

J'ai apprécié le service accueil très compétant et coopératif.La propreté et la modernité des lieux ,tant du hall que couloirs et studio,le vaste ascenseur,l'allumage automatique des lumières dans le couloir.En résumé J'ai apprécié dans l'ensemble,le côté net et fonctionnel de la prestation. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait que la clé électronique ne me donne plus accès à la chambre,lors de l'une de mes entrées et de devoir en demander la raison et le "déblocage" à l'accueil,surtout qu'il me fut répondu que cela arrivait régulièrement,en dehors des heures d'ouverture.Je trouve ceci inadmissible et important d'y remédier.Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que la surface de la pièce principale étant exigüe,lorsque le lit est ouvert,à cause de la mini table ronde,on ne puisse accéder au placard et passer sur le côté,qu'après un travail de contorsionniste ou en déplaçant tout et en refermant le lit.Il manque 2 m2 à cette pièce,prévue pourtant pour un couple,fort heureusement j'étais seul! |
