We booked this facility to use as a rest stop, my wife is recovering from breast cancer, and can get tired very easily, while we waited for our 8:30 PM train to London. It was close to the train station. The hotel staff were rude and made no effort to make our stay a pleasure. Check in was at 3:PM and we arrived at noon, and even though our room was ready, we were not allowd to go to it. At 1:PM, my wife, who is recovering from breast cancer, asked if she coould sit in the lounge until 3 PM, as she was too tired to walk around the city any longer. |

Location good proximity transport and local shops. The very steep staircase was difficult with a young child. One of the beds was quite uncomfortable. |

It is very near to the metro/tram station Romario and municipal kerb design of road and the footpath is very good to navigate with heavy wheeled lugguage also. Good lung space infront of the hotel and good laundry and drying facility inside premises is good. The staff Mr. Vincent Petit is very efficient and left good instructions with key code and keys in the combination locker during holiday Dining table could have been a type which would have folded against the wall so that it will not hinder the entrance. Tea making facility would be a great value addition. |

J'ai aimé la tranquillité à l'intérieur du logement (quand la fenêtre est fermée), l'accueil et la serviabilité du responsable, le côté pratique du logement, sa situation: proximité du centre ville, alimentation à côté. Je n'ai pas aimé la chaleur (manque d'aération, si j'ouvrais la fenêtre j'entendais le bruit de la circulation), la vmc marchait-elle? La moquette et murs tachés, la poêle abîmée, le lit grinçant , les chaises peu confortables. |

L'absence de contrainte, tout est fonctionnel, propre, contrairement à certains témoignages sur internet qui m'avaient fait hésiter à réserver une chambre dans cet hôtel où nous nous sommes sentis presque comme chez nous ! L'insonorisation pourrait être améliorée et les rideaux un peu plus "occultants" |

Proximité du centre ville et d'un centre de dialyse. La kitchenette pour les petits déjeûners et quelques repas. Monter du 7ème au 8ème ou descendre les bagages du 8 au 7 par l'escalier. Les murs du couloir étaient sale et et la moquette du couloir tâchée. La chambre puait le tabac. |

Nous avons apprécié la proximité du centre ville, du vieux Lille, le calme de la résidence et la possibilité d'y louer une place de parking, le concept de l'appartement/hôtel intéressant pour une famille. Panne de l'ascenseur (location au 6ème étage !) depuis un mois ; escalier très dangereux dans l'appartement duplex ; difficultés pour se rendre à l'hôtel (même avec un GPS !) |
