I would have liked that the room be cleaned and bins emptied daily. There were no facilities/equipment left in the apartment for cleaning the bathroom. |

the electric plates for cooking are no strong enough to boil water for pasta, etc in a reasonable time. Even to cook a coffee in the "moka" takes 1/2 hour..... |

Having a 3-bed apartment meant plenty of room for four. Handy for visiting Limoges - although a steep climb to the city! No fire extinguisher - hopefully, one would never be needed, but would expect one in an apartment of this size along with fire instructions. |

Location was fantastic - walks along the river bank beautiful in the autumn, access to provisions (food, wine, etc) good, Sandra (at reception) was absolutely fantastic and a real asset to your hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for her. For us a good value first two night stay accommodation when jet lagged but see below for our requirements for a longer stay. It is unfortunate that you have problems with noisy teenagers in the middle of the night. The beds were a little hard, rooms were too hot, no bedside lamps, no kettle in the kitchen and not enough bench space in kitchen. There was plenty of room behind the kitchen door (which we think you should remove) to have both bench space and laundry facilities. Bathroom good size. Exhaust fans didn't work in either bathroom or kitchen. And the quality of your towels could have been slightly better. |

Provides good independence - a Travel Lodge with better quality facilities. Beds perhaps a little basic. |

Hotel was starkly modern, spotlessly clean, and reasonably comfortable, although rooms were quite small. Just the same, they comfortably fitted a complete kitchen into it! |

Close to Limoge central. New, modern and secure. By arriving after hours, had to call a phone number and was put through to telephonist who could not speak English. Fortunately a French guest helped me. She spoke to receptionist in French, found out the code to open the entrance door, another code to open the security box that contained the envelope with key inside. |

The studio apartment was excellent value for money for two people. No large cups for tea or kettle but we bought some paper cups and used a pan to boil the water, so no problem!. |

Hotel was in an a good position to visit Limoges, had bus stops nearby and there were a few bars and shops across the old bridge that was close. KIthenette was handy Room very basic but would go back. Would have liked a proper lounge to be able to sit in and meet other guests and relax. Shuttle bus only runs in summer and so had to get Taxi to and from Airport be warned if you order Taxi before 8am they charge night rate which is double. |

Think the hotel would benefit from a bar area to sit in at night. The corridor area was very dark at some points. Limoges town closes down on a Sunday(literally) and it was very difficult to find activities to do. Also eating out had very few choices as the restaurants and cafes were closed also. |

Easy access and the cooking facilities in the room were very good and we tended to make use of them. If We had arrived late after the reception was closed we would not have been able to get in. We had no information about phones or keys or coded locked deposit box. We only learned about this when we let another group in through the main door. They had instructions etc.. |
