It is not a hotel ,hotels keep care of you,but it is an apartment rental facility, they only care that you keep your room clean you have to empty the trash can yourself else you get a penalty

Apartment was too small. Expected a bigger apartment.

The location to the train station was great and the price.

I think you need to send your email stating that the reception is not open on Sundays when you send the booking confirmation email not on Saturday night as I did not check my emails prior to turning up on Sunday (and when you don't have a French cellphone this starts to prove rather problematic). Also if you state that 10.30am is check out time then the cleaning staff should not be knocking on our door at 9.58am. Also it should be clearer on the booking website that the room you are booking is a sofa bed prior to actually making the booking

Easy to find, good position; room with mini fridge, microwave, hotplate and sink.

Quite dirty room, clean sofa-bed but quite unconfortable (for 2 or 3 night it can be ok), read carefully bail conditions.

Despite all the negative reviews, this place isn't too bad - don't expect luxury but does the job nicely in a good location. Was pleasantly surprised by our stay.

The staff was very polite and close to the train station(Part Dieu).

Horribly overpriced for a room that was supposed to be an apartment, but felt like a prison cell. The unit was 90f degrees when we arrived and throughout our nights stay(it was October), the water heater was leaking, the bed felt like a wood board(we slept on the couch!), the walls were paper thin, and they charge you for internet use!

Lift out of order, not pleasant when you have to carry luggage to the third floor; the double bed was a sofa bed, really unconfortable; no air in the room even with the windows open; situated in an ugly area.

Conveniently situated for Gare Lyon Part-Dieu.Nearby supermarket open everyday and late at night.

We arrived at 6pm on the Saturday to find that reception had closed at 4pm. A keypad was by the front door. We did not know the code but followed someone else entering the building. We had not been previously notified of all this and would have been stranded without a moblie phone. We had to telephone a central number to obtain our keys kept in a safe. In the appartment we found towels and toileteries for one only instead of 2 and had to phone again to be told to take what we needed from another appartment. Reception was also closed all day Sunday.Our bathroom door had a very large hole as if it had been punched with a fist which was not very welcoming.

What I liked best was the location near the station Lyon Par Dieu, the proximity of shopping malls and restaurants.
