Near gare,helpfull stuff, good and comfrortable beds.

But I would advice to care about room location -one part of building is very near to school and children are noisy at breakes time ...

The location to the train station was great and the price.

I think you need to send your email stating that the reception is not open on Sundays when you send the booking confirmation email not on Saturday night as I did not check my emails prior to turning up on Sunday (and when you don't have a French cellphone this starts to prove rather problematic). Also if you state that 10.30am is check out time then the cleaning staff should not be knocking on our door at 9.58am. Also it should be clearer on the booking website that the room you are booking is a sofa bed prior to actually making the booking

The hotel is reasonably close to the Gare Part Dieu. Kitchenette was useful.

Poor sound proofing. Bed is a fold out sofa and not very comfortable.

Conveniently situated for Gare Lyon Part-Dieu.Nearby supermarket open everyday and late at night.

We arrived at 6pm on the Saturday to find that reception had closed at 4pm. A keypad was by the front door. We did not know the code but followed someone else entering the building. We had not been previously notified of all this and would have been stranded without a moblie phone. We had to telephone a central number to obtain our keys kept in a safe. In the appartment we found towels and toileteries for one only instead of 2 and had to phone again to be told to take what we needed from another appartment. Reception was also closed all day Sunday.Our bathroom door had a very large hole as if it had been punched with a fist which was not very welcoming.

Pas de voilage à la fenêtre alors que la chambre donnait sur la rue, vitres non nettoyées,

Pas de réception le dimanche soir, or il y a une erreur de clé dans les enveloppes, nous nous sommes retrouvé à 2 locataires dans la même chambre. Obliger d'appeler 2 fois pour expliquer le problème, pour recevoir les clé d'une chambre où il n'y avait pas de tv, et dans le micro- onde les restes du précédent locataire. Le lendemain aucunes excuses, ni de geste commercial!! La literie est de piètre qualité (un clic clac!!!). Je n'ai pas fait attention lors de la réservation, mais le ménage est une option!! La taxe de séjour est mise automatiquement pour 2 personnes, aucune demande du personnel au moment du paiement pour confirmer cela! De plus 15 petits-déjeuners facturés, il faut relire à 2 fois avant de payer!! Bref, en 5 ans de déplacement, c'est le pire séjour que j'ai fais. Je déconseille votre résidence.

O hotel é muito novo, com quartos amplos e bem iluminados.

O fato de contar com algumas escadas no térreo até chegar ao elevador e de andar um pouco até chegar ao segundo prédio, por área descoberta, pode ser um problema para quem viaja com muitas malas. Apesar de o check-out estar marcado para às 11h, às 9h30 uma funcionária do hotel foi até o quarto pedir a saída. Em seguida, uma outra funcionária voltou com o mesmo pedido. No momento do check-out, o gerente tirou uma cópia da minha reserva no booking.com, com o horário do check-out para às 11h.
