small room ok for a short stay or for one person not good for a week for two. However next to the river and very handy for bars and restaurants. Staff helpful and friendly. |

Friendliness of staff. Eager to help with bus timetables and change of room for one with a view!! No money exchange facility. Further from town centre than we would have liked but not too far. |

friedliness of the staff the pullout bed if you wanted to get up earlier /go to bed earlier than yourwife/husband this was difficult because the bedroom was the sitting room too!! |

the french cheap building and furniture is standard in these kind of hotels. on top of that, this facility has some poor maintenance (carpets with loads of stains, not correctly fixed and causing waves etc.) - the fact that the studios have a kitchen also causing strong odors in the evening. |

It was really central to where we stayed and very convenient The only thing we did not like were the pull out beds were very uncomfortable, if they had better quality beds the appts would be an excellent facility |

le confort de la cabine de douche et du canapé-lit. J'ai été très déçue de ne pas pouvoir être contactée après 19h par téléphone ( ou pas de ligne directe ). Les problèmes de canalisation est très dérangeant et les systèmes de cuissons sont très dangereux ( pas de voyant pour la plaque électrique et les fils du four sont apparents ). |

La mini cuisine est pratique, surtout le frigo. Dix minutes à pied des sites touristiques. Pas de climatisation, peut faire chaud et comme les ailes se font faces, peu d'intimité. La formule laisse croire que c'est plus grand qu'une chambre d'hôtel. Ce n'est pas le cas. |

esta muy centrico no hace falta coger el coche es muy caro para lo que es al final tienes que coger parking por que no hay quien aparque, y con el wifi que también es de pago te vas a 70 y pico euros, demasiado para el hotel que es, ademas y me parece un detalle humillante es que cuando fui al baño no habia papel higienico yo no volveré jamas calidad precio es un señor timo. |

une bonne situation , face de l'ile de Nantes ,des quais ,des departs en bateaux,et des hangars des Machines de l'Ile .Le tram , tout pres pour se rendre au centre ,qui n'est pas tres loin,le calme du quartier ,une petite superette pas bien loin ;la deco "bateau " de l'hotel , tres joli ! l'espace est un peu juste pour deux personnes , pour dormir. |
