i can honestly say there was absolutely not one thing my elderly parents and myself could praise about the room 406 we were allocated. too small for 3 adults sharing,no bath,no hairdryer,kitchen a joke for self catering, 2 plates , no tea cups, no lounge area, room 406 absoluteley appauling,bedroom window wouldn't open for fresh air, so stuffy. |

Good choice for budget accomodation (coffee-machines and refrigerators in the rooms help to avoid a lot of expenses on fast-food). Location is in the center, there is an easy access to bus stop and product shop. It would be a bit more convenient for arrivers if the reception lunch gap was smaller. Mind that now it is from 12-30 to 15-00. |

Generally good setup. Living room was comfortable. Very convenient location. There was difficulty checking in on the weekend and telephone assistance was very slow or understaffed. |

the location was ok, near to tram lines. the lady on reception was very nice. the room smelt dirty but was clean (apart from the toilet bowl which needed some bleach) and was very small. the kitchen was basic and had no kettle. the bed was a pull out which sloped, creaked and was very uncomfortable! |

In fact I was told by the hotel staff that this was not a hotel but some kind of a residence. Beware that you have to use a vacuum cleaner at check out in order to clean the room, otherwise you should pay a 40E fine (!?!). The room was quite dirty when I arrived at the hotel and they changed the linen after 3 weeks. |

The closeness to the city, easy to find, the roads around even late,feel safe.The welcome package ,really warmth well done. While there, the fact that nobody invade your space, you really feel like home, and to me that's THE BIG DIFFERENCE. |

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel de l'hotel qui a été très sympathique et accueillant, et la situation géographique de celui-çi. En réservant sur internet je ne savais pas qu'il y aurait des frais d'electricité en supplément à payer, c'est seulement en arrivant sur place que la facture a augmentée, c'est dommage il faudrait le préciser de manière explicite sur votre site...D'autre part les couvertures de lit inutilisable( cause saleté) et certains éléments de la cuisine bons à jeter (trop usés). |

J'ai apprécié l'accueil réservé aux clients, l'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel et la possiblité de me faire un petit-déjeuner rapidement. La literie n'est pas très confortable et le mobilier est vraiment vieillot. |

Está bien situado (no en el mismo centro pero muy próximo) y es fácil aparcar en los alredores ya que justo detrás del hotel hay una plaza con un gran parking al aire libre. Las instalaciones están bien aunque no hay ningún lujo. No hay Aire Acondicionado en las habitaciones y el sofá-cama no es muy bueno, además cuando pones la cuna en la habitación apenas queda espacio libre. |

Le fait de devoir se débrouiller pour récupérer les codes d'accès. Ils devraient être envoyés automatiquement lors de la réservation car les heures de présence du personnel ne sont pas adaptées.Le réglement devrait pouvoir se faire par Internet pour gagner du temps.cordialement MCV |
