Staff's attitude: 1. Reception closes 2 hrs earlier than specified on booking.com website. 2. No one told me that the door code changes with the new month (until I couldn't get in). 3. Getting an additional (paid!) service takes infinite time and you are made to feel bad for intruding on the receptionists' time.

Location across Ourcq Metro station - Reception doesn't work on Sunday although on booking.com it's been written it is working - you can't even enter the building till some of the residents doesn't open from inside - after you find out that reception doesn't work you'll have to call on two numbers written on reception room and when someone answers after half hour (if your lucky) you will have to pay whole amount of reservation upon checking IN - there is cm of dust on the floor in your room and broken glass under the „bed“ - King size „bed“ is just stretched sofa with bedclothes from witch we and our 7 month baby got rash - Wardrobe was falling apart and couldn't been open - BEST PART: there is no hot water every day after 9 p.m. (explanation: there is one boiler for whole building)

Is right on top of the metro and very easy to find. Lots of restaurants and shops around. No reception after 16h Saturday. Arrive after that and if there are problems wait for Monday or try telephone. Support on telephone is never there. Reserved a superior room. No electricity in our room on arrival in Building A. Circuit breaker would not stay on. Phone support was next to useless. Had to move to building b while room was fixed. Building b is for emergency social accommodation. Both buildings noisy. Building a has annoying sound when elevator moves. Stale food in cupboard. Internet always disconnects and is slow. Room phone didnt work. Promised more pillows which never arrived. Staff promised us a remise/refund for the night with no power and the second night in Building b which never happened. Can't believe this place is in business. Awful. Really bad.

Location compared to La Villette Grande Halle exhibition centre - not more than 10 minutes away by walking Noise from the elevator motor/engine during the night. Starts with a huge noise that should be taken care of

The location was fantastic. The metro was right outside the front door. There were restaurants and a supermarket (Monoprix) just down the road. Everything we needed was close by. Rooms were very small, female receptionist unfriendly and unhelpful, no early check-in. No servicing of rooms. We stayed two weeks and they were supposed to service the room after one week. It took quite a lot of effort just to get clean sheets and clean towels. There was no cleaning done, no restocking of toilet paper, soap, etc, until we really pestered. Even then, they still did not cleaning, vacuuming. And we had no equipment to do it ourselves.

The room was great, with a balcony and a view on the Eiffel Tower! Free wifi was actually there, although the login process was a bit annoying. Even the TV had the option to switch language to English. The location is also great, with the subway 5 m, Boulangerie 7 m from the apartment. Also there was a shop around the corner and a pharmacy just over the street. And countless cafes all around. The double bed was actually a folded out couch, but it was ok for 4 nights.

The female receptionist was the only staff member on while I was there and very helpful and very professional. She was bilingual and very helpful with all my computer issues. I liked the building well enough but as a clean freak, the unit was not very clean. The walls in kitchen were dirty, which I cleaned. The shower had mildew stains that would easily come up with bleach. Corners needed to be vac'd but the real issue was I did not know to call for housekeeping when I was ready. I thought it was prearranged. For the money it was good, but instead of two twins pushed together as one, a double would have made the room more spacious. The beds put in there sideways. If they were taken out and replaced with one double it would have been much more spacious.

Disgusting appartments, we were very much dissapointed when we saw the small and old-furnished rooms. If you still decide to book it, take the refundable option, in case you change your mind after being there. The pictures don't match with the reality.

Proximity to the metro and cafes/bars is good. The room is larger than we have experienced in equivalent hotels and has a reasonably equipped kitchen. Local shops had all the provisions we required. The bed was of the bed-setee type and not as comfortable as a normal bed. Reception is located away from the entrance so access on arrival can be a problem. The lack of a kettle made tea making a problem.

I thought this place for the price was amazing it was in a great neighbourhood and right near 2 beautiful parks lots of good places to eat and having the metro station right by the entrance of the hotel was unbelievably convenient. I would definitely stay here again the room was a good size and it was comfortable and having the kitchenette was great all in all we had a really good experience there.
