It's not bad but the location is too far from the sightseeing & the interesting places. If u have something to do in the same area & u r looking for a nice place to spend the night, it wouldn't be a bad choice The metro is just in front of the hotel's door
The location is too far from the interesting places It's so standard
Cleanliness and sound proof was excellent. Location was also excellent: brasseries, restaurants and grocery store walking distance.
No a/c and gardenview was not very good.
No privacy Savage staff that knocks your door anytime at night or in morning when you are still sleeping. Cleaning staff is arrogant without manners. Discrimination everybody makes noise but when it came to us - we were disturbed at 02.30 am in the morning.
The location was close to the Metro.
A carpark was requested twice by email with no response from anyone at Apart Cite. eventually I telephoned and the very nice lady said we could reserve a carpark. I did not pay but emphasized how important this was because my husband was driving from the UK. Upon arrive there was no booked carpark although they did manage to have one for later on in the second day but not before the car was towed away from a zone which said it was free until 9.00am. My husband was there well before 9.00am to discover the car was gone. 130 euros later we were not impressed.
- Good location in a non tourist area. We could even see Eiffel tower from the room window. - Double bad. - Wi-fi costs 1 eur per day, but it works fine.
We arrived at 13.00 to the hotel because of early flight. So we had to wait 2 hours in the lobby until reception is open at 15.00.
It's really nice that there is a metro station in front of the hotel. And a supermarket which is nearly.
At the building B, we can't use the elevator and hot water on Sunday.
The apartment was very close to metro
The room was small and not look like as the photos. There was not much facilities and everything you need to pay, though the general rate were reasonable. The most disgusting thing was you need to clean the room and clear all rubbish when you check out.
The reception Staff was wonderful and very helpful at check-in and when I wanted to extend my stay. Location is great close to transportations and a beautiful park.
Location was great. Metro is right outside the hotel. It took about 20 mins to get into city cent. Street that the hotel is located on is very nice, lots of shops, supermarkets, pubs, coffee bars etc. When I will be visiting Paris again, I will definitely stay there. Great price as well. I would really recommend it.
nothing to dislike, except for lack of air conditioning, which the room gets bit warm.
Dear Madam/Monsieur, Room: B004 We are supposed to leave from this place on 22 May, Thursday. But we are leaving today, 21 May. On first time, when we were checking in on 19 May, we've been serviced at a lady. She was very cold! COLD! She was teaching us, ruling us, screaming at us. Living 40 years in France and travelling abroad all over the world, and seeing very first time service like this in a country like France. We were very thrilled by that lady. We haven't even sleep well tonight as outside of our room (through window), we can see plenty of mattresses. It's a full of disregard. The lady (receptionist) was asking us to sleep with my girl. But how can I? My daughter is 22 years old adult and I am the father. I don't think sleeping with your daughter is normal anywhere in the world. Personally, I can't. If this was the case, why didn't you inform on the booking.com (earlier) that there are mattress changes are happening? Specially when I already told to hotel to provide 2 single beds on booking.com prior booking this hotel. So that we would have been informed, and book other place. But really this stay was unsatisfactory on each stages. If you understand our situation (being forced to leave this place before departure date) and didn't sleep, please kindly refund back the amount for the remaining unused one night. I really hope you will be kind enough to do that. On my credit card, your hotel charged 2 payments: 1. 12 May 2014 - 279 EUR 2. 26 May 2014 - 5.12 EUR For which reason charging us for 5.12 EUR when we have not utilized anything, we left totally clean room.?! For the remaining 1 night, please kindly refund us back. Thank you for your understanding! Best Regards, Zorigt
Near to Metro
If need goto Eifeen Tower and area around there, need to transfer to other metro line
The location suited me well.
The bathroom was disgusting as it hadn't been scrubbed and the floor was disgusting. The wall above the cooker was lined with grease. The wardrobe door was coming off. The large mirror in the room was broken in half. There was no room cleaning for the 5 nights I was there. I took photos of the room and showed the reception staff who said I should have asked for another room! Very disappointing!
great location next to metro. Grocery store around the corner( best wine prices in Europe). Hotel has a kitchenette so take advantage. Park Villette is close for a picnic.
after 11PM the area is a ghost town. Not the hotels fault but if you are looking for a lively area this is not it.
No towells changed even though i asked for 2 times. Room was not clean when we checked in. Walls are dirty.
Location and value for money
Very basic accommodation
The proximity to the Metro station and the business in the surroundings make it a FAIR place to stay within a limited budget.
The condition of the apartments is pitiful. The one that I was assigned was filthy: the bathroom heater and the
No one at the reception desk, they didn't send email or sms with information how to get the key from the safe. Had to made the call twice to get all information. It was quite annoying after long flight.
Don't like everything.
The location is the one thing that's good about this place - it's immediately next to the Ourcq metro station, which is at most 15 mins away from the central tourist attractions in Paris. The apartment was okay for a short stay (2 days), but for anything longer, I'd rather find another place. It's useful that it had dishes and a fridge.
It's not noted anywhere or included in the online price, but they ask you to pay extra 5€ for using the Wi-Fi (which is pretty sneaky of them). The bathroom is like in a prison - the whole bathroom is basically a shower and there's no curtain or something to block the water from spraying everything in it. There were also some tiny bugs walking all over the toilet. The floor looked like it wasn't vacuumed properly (lots of hairs and dirt pieces). They have a stupid rule that you have to wash the dishes you use before leaving (which means they don't really clean the dishes; so anyone can do a lousy job cleaning the dishes, and the next guests would use them thinking they're clean -- I.E. not the most hygienic thing I've heard of). All in all, they could do a better cleaning job and have proper bathrooms for that price!
Good prices. Metro outside the hotel's door.
Except one young guy all the other staff was rude and refuse to help. For 5 days room was not cleaned! Very bad beds (sofa actually), the only you could expect is that you'll have a cheap hotel very close to a metro station.
location near metro station is the only advantage.
@Booking.com we had changed 4 rooms within 3 days of our stay, which spoiled our trip mood. - Electricity short circuit in the room - no hot water - bathrooms are another worst entity, foul smell, broken shower holders..etc - irresponsible replies from the hotel staffs, when addressed. - No care for the customer. Please dont keep such hotels/apartments in your portfolio, definetly it will spoil your reputation & your long term business.
Place was comfy. served its purpose. Lady doing breakfast was lovely.
Lift was noisy. Room was a tittle shabby. Signing in was difficult but only because the methodvit was done by. As a single mum travelling with child. . A more personal touch would have been nice.
Location is closed to metro station.
Poor service check in staff. We arrived on Sunday at noon and got an e-mail before that there was no staff for check in and they will send safe passcode for collecting our room key, so we waited until 3 -4 with many customers around 8p.m.,there is nothing sent from hotel. Somebody in the office ignore to help us and said that call this number....to contact by yourself, they cannot call for us. Me and others got the key and try to open everyroom
The room was very small.. They gave me a single room with singl sofa bed and one extra bed.. and it is not same as it was appearing in the photo.. the staff is not polite and very rude.. there is no hot water 24 hrs.. the atmosphere is not good..and bad smell in the room
The position near the metro
The furniture was all destroyed, the personal always absent, the walls in the bathroom black with dirt. The room is small and not cosy at all. On the second day was broken the elevator and we had to take the stairs to the 7th floor other 3 days, also with the luggage. In the mornings the lock on the front door didn't work and we couldn't enter the building even with the entering code given, we had to wait for someone to let us in. During the nights someone was knocking heavily on our door.
