location (next metro)
no hot water(4days stay,2days no hot water) Heating was broken in the room. (Heating was working in the bath room...They brought a electronic heater finally)
Although it is near to the metro, the neighborhood is not nice.
This is really a bad place to stay. I can easily say that there is nothing positive with this place. Personel is rude and you are very lucky if you can find them. Rooms are dirty. Heater was not working. Although I informed about it they gave a non working one too. The elevator was broken on the 2. day of our stay and it has not repaired for the next 3 day. I also stayed in Nice Apart City and Marseille Apart City which were nice but this one is just horrible. You need to pay for even towels. There is no security in the hotel, everynight we heard drunk people shootıngs and there was noone in the hotel to inform and calm down people. The day after, when we told the story their answer was incredible-why did not call the police?! The hotel didnt get any responsibility to provide safety for their hosts.
They charged me one euro a day for the WiFi even telling them that I didn't want it.
It was quiet.
A little to far from downtown. That would have been ok if it had not been for the amount of black mould growing on the bathroom ceiling (maybe 2 sq feet) and around the edges of the shower. Also staff doesn't works short hours on Saturday and not at all on Sunday or holidays which is when we were there so there was no one to talk to. 2 out of 3 of the overhead lights did not work. One morning, every time I turned on the stove top to boil water the breaker flipped. I left a list of things that needed fixing when we checked out. Mould was by far my biggest complaint and made me uncomfortable using the bathroom. We kept bathroom door shut and we were gone from early morning until late in the day - never in any hurry to return to the room.
If your destination is to see Paris and not to spend a lot monay then is good for you, because - You have small kitchen very close to the hotel is supermarket 20 seconds from metro
bathromm needs repartation I think was no heating, because it was cold a bit even in bathromm no cleaning, no changing towels every day, just when you arrive you have prepared room when you are leaving you should clean your kichen other way you need to pay 26 euros no reception We suppse to receive a message to open the safe and get there keys but we did not received and very bad smell in corridor soundproof very bad
The location is good, but there are other hotels nearby. The metro station Ourq is directly in front of the hotel, there are 2 boulangers and a mini market next door.
It was a nightmare! We arrived outside the reception opening hours, but had not received the promised sms with the access code to the keys for the room which were inside a code-secured box in the hotel lobby. We called customer support to request the data that we should have gotten via sms. No help! The lady said she couldn’t do anything and it was all our fault if we arrive outside the opening hours. So we waited, in the cold and the rain and afraid that our badly parked car with foreign numbers would attract the police. When we finally got into the room, we were disgusted. The bath was a mess, the shower tub was literally black, the wc also (and it wouldn't flush well!), the sink looked like it had not been cleaned for ages! There wasn't enough toilet paper, we had to buy some on our own. The hygiene was so poor we gave up all cooking plans (the kitchenette had been a plus when we made our reservation) and had to spend more than planned on the food. But the worst is still to come! On the third night of our stay, the front door of the hotel which had been broken had suddenly started working and was locked. It only opened with a code, not with the keys. The entrance code the receptionist gave us was wrong! We were stuck on the street after midnight (adieu hotline and reception) with no valid code. Luckily I still had Internet on the phone and had kept the first emails from the hotel where another code for the front door was stated - and that one worked. Near miss. Oh, on the fourth day the front door was broken and open again....... The wireless was useless. As soon as I wanted to connect to it, my phone alarmed it would be too unsecure - and that was not the usual "open connection, unsecured" warning you get, no, it was a serious warning against data theft. So I had to use a roaming data package. Oh, and if you don't clean the room when you leave and take out the trash, you might get fined 26 euro!
Hotel is located right next to Metro station, so very convenient & quick to attractions. There were several eating places, bakeries & a super market close by so finding outside food not a problem
Room a little cramped with little moving space. Staff not very courteous & not available round-the-clock
1) I Wish the apartment was electric or at least a normal kettle. To boil water for coffee in a saucepan uncomfortable. 2) I Wish the apartment was free WiFi. 3) the closet Door did not move along the guides, in order to open the Cabinet, it had to be lifted and repositioned. It's hard. 4) In the shower was broken, the holder for the shower. The lake had to hold in the hand. It is inconvenient. 5) During your stay all the time concerned about cleaning. Do guests need to take a vacuum cleaner and a MOP and clean the room?
Walls need spruicing from the entrance hall to the actual living area.
Service was bad. The first week, cleaning lady didn’t have a time even when we complain in office she still didn’t come. The mildew was in the bathroom. Their employee in the office was unwilling and rude. It wasn’t my first time in Parisian hotel but it was the worst.
The Metro entrance is right outside the front door.
Trhe appartment was very dirty, the floor had not been vacuumed for ages, the shower cubile needed a good cleaning, the shower head could not be adjusted, the carpet was very shabby and dirty and there were no doors on the wardrobe. The Front door was never locked when the reception was closed.
I like the fact the kitchen is fairly well equipped.
I didnt like that there was no bath and that there was no instructions on using some of the items in the kitchen such as the coffee maker.
The location was good
Front Desk and entry instructions inefficient, toilet broken, very dirty bathroom. Room too small. Dirty carpet in room Very noisy early norning. Overpriced for what it is (A hole in the wall}
The ubication...near bakery, supermarket,a lot of places where drink or eat and metro.
The hotel need a restauration very..very soon. The doors are broken in the closet...the carpet is soooo dirty...and the staff is not friendly
Good location, very close to subway station. Clean rooms. Big enough for a 2 star hotel. A good price for Paris hotels.
That it was beside a metro station. The shower was good.
The lift is very noisy and the building echoed badly. The staff were rude and very unhelpful.
The location was perfect. The appart. hotel literally a few steps away from the Orque metro station, which in spite is in the outer part of the city, you can reach city center and the main attractions less than 15 min. Just don't forget to get your Navigo Pass if you stay a week at least. The Monoprix supermarket with reasonable prices just 5 min walk from the hotel. The staff were helpful and kind, went for the extra mile. Efficiently and promptly solve your problems. We needed room move they sorted less then 10 min.
The first room conditions were unbearable. We found even totally parished strawberries in the filthy fridge. The shower cabin's tray was full of mould all around and a toothpaste cap blocked the handwash basin. The A block rooms all faced to the busy avenue, so you had two choices: lock the window, so you can block out the noice but the room turned too hot to sleep or leave the windows open but it was too noisy to sleep. Lovely options isn't it? The general cleaning standards need to be reviewed.
+ close to the metro stop + helpful staff, it was possible to store luggage on departure day + lift
- room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. On the floor were hairs and in the shower mold. The towels were wet. - there was no toilet paper - room is without daily cleaning service (but it was specified in the terms accommodation) - internet access for a fee - noise from the elevator shaft and corridor - far from the city center
Good location and clean for the value of money. You get out of subway and the hotel is right in front of you. Had all the kitchen items I expected for a 4 days stay.
The staff can be more polite. When looked on the screen to locate name, just to help - during checkout - I was told "I know my job" Though non-smoking, our floor always had the odor. I guess heavy smokers behind closed doors
The staff is very helpful and friendly! I had my best stay ever in Paris :)
If there's something really need to be improved, I would like to suggest installing an hairdryer in the room... beside it would have been much better that breakfast and internet were included in the room rate. Thank you.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the apartment was located in a good area, lots of shops and restaurants.
The downside was that the kitchen equipment was poor, wifi was not that good, always disconnected after 20 mins and you have to reconnect again, there was no hot water for the first day of my stay and after that i was told i only have hot water between 11pm to 7am which was bad
The hotel was nice and the check in was quick. There were only 2 things that prevented me from giving you an excellent review.
I didn't like that the lift was broken and I had to go up the stairs 6 floors everytime. Also, I got 2 single beds in my room instead of 1 double bed, which I was expecting because I had booked a double room.
It's not bad but the location is too far from the sightseeing & the interesting places. If u have something to do in the same area & u r looking for a nice place to spend the night, it wouldn't be a bad choice The metro is just in front of the hotel's door
The location is too far from the interesting places It's so standard
Cleanliness and sound proof was excellent. Location was also excellent: brasseries, restaurants and grocery store walking distance.
No a/c and gardenview was not very good.
No privacy Savage staff that knocks your door anytime at night or in morning when you are still sleeping. Cleaning staff is arrogant without manners. Discrimination everybody makes noise but when it came to us - we were disturbed at 02.30 am in the morning.
