These are apartments not hotel rooms, they do not clean and change towels each day. This is good for anyone on a tight budget. The busses are close and the Rennes subway is about 15 minutes walk. |

The hotel staff was very kind, and overall, the room was pretty decent. The bed was absolutely horrible, and it's a good 10-15 minute walk from the metro stop JF Kennedy |

A very average apartment. Clean but in need of urgent attention. No kettle, no coffee pot, light fittings missing and shower unit in bathroom broken. The general feel of the apartment is one which was built maybe 10 to 15 years ago and has not had basic maintenance as required. The apartment is 10 minutes from the Rennes ring road; convenient but noisy making a good nights sleep impossible. |

It was nice to be able to have the use of a kitchen for ice in drinks and breakfast. It would have been nice tosee the layout of the apartment before booking. |

Manque de signalisation pour aller à l'hotel! Manque des ustensiles de cuisine, le départ obligatoire à 10h30 alors que dans les autres hotels c'est à midi, et le manque de propreté dans la salle de bain (toiles d'araignées + araignées et joints noirs) |

La personne qui s'occupe de l'hotel est vraiment gentille, sympathique et serviable Les bruits de canalisations sont incroyablement forts, le lit est très inconfortable, on ne met qu'une serviette de toilette pour 2 jours, même pas de savonnette dans la salle de bains, la télé occupe une table au lieu d'être sur une console, la moquette du couloir est très sale |

L'hebergement était sous forme d'appartement je ne connaissais pas cette formule, à retenir surtout pour un séjour de quelques jours Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ peu compatible avec une activité normal de travail ( on peu récupérer les clefs quand même ansi que le code de la porte ) |
