Good conditions with everything you need for a few days or more. An excellent choice if the plan is to stay for a longer period. |

The 2-room appartment was nice and spacious enough for 4 persons. It looked welcoming and was well cleaned. The kitchenette thus small was working fine. The hot water reserve for the appartment was not sufficient for 4 persons. After one took a shower the others had a coldish water. The reception clerk explained in the morning that he could have given us another room to go and take shower. As we were leaving it was too late for us though. The last check-in time could be later in the evening. |

These are apartments not hotel rooms, they do not clean and change towels each day. This is good for anyone on a tight budget. The busses are close and the Rennes subway is about 15 minutes walk. |

The hotel staff was very kind, and overall, the room was pretty decent. The bed was absolutely horrible, and it's a good 10-15 minute walk from the metro stop JF Kennedy |

Le calme de la résidence, la position de l'hôtel en retrait du centre ville, le parking.... Oui, la moquette dans le salon , il serait préférable de la remplacer par du revêtement de sol plastifié du style "lino"; la chambre 222 étant fortement tachée au niveau des sols. |

Le faite qu'il soit pres du centre ville les escaliers que j'ai considere dangereux pour les enfants, le chauffage dans la chambre a couche ne marche pas, la moquette n'etait pas propre; |

No me ha gustado nada, viejo con escaleras que suenan mucho y un sofa cama para dos adultos muy malo.Todo suena mucho, tuberias,etc.Solo un baño para todos. No volvere al hotel No me ha gustado nada. |

la posibilidad de aparcar el coche fácilmente y la relación calidad/precio no responden por email con el código de acceso para la entrada y para utilizar internet en el hotel hay que pagar |

Aucune signalisation. Lors de la réservation, j'aurais du avoir les codes d'accès pour ce dimanche. Personne au bout du fil avant 18heures et le directeur a du sedéplacer pour nous ouvrir. Ma demande ne correspondait pas à mes besoins. |

Manque de signalisation pour aller à l'hotel! Manque des ustensiles de cuisine, le départ obligatoire à 10h30 alors que dans les autres hotels c'est à midi, et le manque de propreté dans la salle de bain (toiles d'araignées + araignées et joints noirs) |
