We booked two rooms and one was smelling awful. I requested a change after I arrived but they did not help me. I did not like the hotel.

Good value and comfortable for a short self-catering stay. Not an attractive location but perfectly safe and very easy parking. There is a lidl store a few hundred metres away so that's the place to get your provisions.

Clean and comfortable, with cooking facilities all provided. Receptionist / manager gave us city details on arrival without being asked - now that is service! Bed springs twanged whenever you moved!

Cette établissement est très bien équipé pour un court séjour et surtout très bien isolé. On peut déjeuner, manger tranquillement comme à la maison, c'est très agréable. Je suis arrivée dans la nuit et tout avait été bien géré pour la réception de la clé. Merci beaucoup.

Propre, calme, assez spacieux, j'ai aimé le sas en entrant ce qui évite d'entendre les bruits du couloir, malgré qu'il n'y en avait pas. Manque d'indication sur le lieu, l'enveloppe d'arrivée était incomplète, il n' avait pas la feuille concernant l'état des lieux, la porte de la salle de bains était abimée et nous n'avons trouvé personne sr place pour le constater.

La limpieza del apartemento y el personal del hotel Creía que no estaba tan lejos del centro de la ciudad de Rennes. La frecuencia del autobus es buena pero en la zona donde está no hay nada, ni bar, ni cafeterías y hace su ubicación bastante triste. En las fotos parece que el apartamento tiene un sofa además de la cama pero luego no es así. Había poca luz en la habitación eléctrica donde estaba la mesa así que cuando mirabas internet era costoso.

accueil parfait, résidence calme proche du canal pour de belles balades et des centre commerciaux pour les courses... La cuisine évite d'être obligé d'aller au resto tous les soirs... Pas luxueux mais juste ce qu'il faut pour mon séjour.

Parking gratuit et facilité de stationnement Attente de 45 minutes avant de pouvoir avoir la clé de chambre sans possibilité de s’assoir ! Beaucoup trop de bruits environnants. Bruit des frigos des entreprises d’à côté, Double vitrage très insuffisant. Cloisons entre les appartements beaucoup trop faibles phonétiquement et thermiquement pas top non plus ! (on partage l’appart avec notre voisin ! Agréable ! On peut suivre ses conversations…) Salle de bain avec une odeur d’urine, puisque toilettes sales ! (traces d’urines sur les bords comme dans les pubs !!!) Kitchenette incluse dans la chambre, donc odeurs de cuisine… Bof !

Site que je fréquente depuis un certain temps, correspond à mes attentes. Mon arrivée!! A 22h30, j'ai pris une enveloppe au coffre avec une clé 324 et je suis entrée dans un appartement occupé!! Puis en lisant les papiers, j'ai vu que j'avais le 120 j'ai essayé avec cette même clé d'ouvrir l'appartement attribué, évidemment cela n'a pas été possible! Puis par téléphone (heureusement que le portable existe!) on m'a demandé de retirer une autre enveloppe, mais l'appartement 116 n'avait pas été nettoyé et était dégoutant et enfin, on m'a redemandé de retirer encore une autre enveloppe au coffre et là j'ai eu un appartement correct!!! le 204 Transfert d'étages en étages avec mes bagages!! pendant 3/4 h!! Mais le responsable m'a offert 3 caramels pour ma peine!!! Je ne veux pas rester que sur cette mésaventure, c'est pour cela que malgré tout, je note plutôt positivement cet établissement.

Difficile de comprendre le fonctionnement du code de la porte, heureusement, il y avait du personnel à notre arrivée. Quand on est revenu tard dans la nuit, un couple se retrouvait bloqué dehors, heureusement, cette fois, c'est nous qui avons donné les explications. Il faudrait que le mode opératoire soit mieux expliqué à la réservation et prévoir une meilleure signalitique à l'entrée.
