Room was too small for 4 people, not well laid out. Kitchenette facilities were inadequate, no where to place anything. Beds were uncomfortable, bed linen was old and blankets were worn and rough. Bathroom door could not be opened properly as it kept catching on the wooden banister outside it. |

The apartment is in a very quiet street and yet close to a shopping centre. It is also near to all the main routes. |

You get what you pay for the place could do with a bit of a make over but if you want something cheap and have to book for a large group this place is ok. it is not close to shops or bars but is well located if you have a car and are using as a base for day trips. The manager was very helpful and friendly. |

The cleaness; the comfort; the internet in the room; the kitchen, especially the fridge, is correct; the proximity of the commercial centers We arrived a Saturday at 9:00 pm and they close at 4 pm; nobody was there; a little complicate to get our keys; and we had no internet in the room during the week-end; read carefully the instructions on the web |

kitchen facilites in room free wifi good parking staff helpfull with good english windows shuttered useful on hot days no recepetion on sunday, call centre to let you in did not answer on 4 occasions total of 20mintues on mobile stayed at formula 1 sunday |

Very large comfortable room. Located in an industrial/retail park so you need a car but secure easy parking which is free when you get there. Large comfortable bed (which folds to a setee) with equipped kitchen. Very quiet. The signage is non existent and so it is hard to find even with SatNav as the apartments are new as is the road. (Staff said City Authorities do not allow them to put up signs for planning reasons – a bit short sighted if they want to attract tourists). |

disponibilité manquaient beaucoup d'ustensile ds la cuisine y compris épluche légumes, passoireet couteau de cuisine: pas très pratique qd on compte dessus pour faire son diner!du coup je n'ai pas rempli le pa^pier d'inventaire! |

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de porte entre la chambre et la partie cuisine, on profite du bruit du réfrigérateur... |

le concept est trés bien, bonne situation géographique à 3 mn du centre ville et à 2 pas des centres commerciaux l'état dégradé du studio moquette tachée, vaiselle sale et la salle d'eau pas trés propre, pour résumer il faudrait le rafraichir et améliorer l'insonorité. |

La tranquilidad. La falta de limpieza , la moqueta y las paredes estaban sucias. El mobiliario está muy deteriorado. Es dificil de encontrar, deberian señalizarlo mejor. |

La posizione strategica sia per effettuare acquisti in quanto è vicino a diversi centri commerciali nonchè per visitare la città anche se l'albergo è un pò in periferia ma, se auto muniti ci vogliono pochi minuti per arrivare al centro città. La mancanza del phon che però su richiesta ci è stato consegnato e le ventole aspiranti leggermente rumorose. |

Una habitacion amplia y moderna, tener acceso internet por un precio modico (2 Euros/dia) La cama era en realidad un sofa cama muy incomodo, la calidad de la puerta de la ducha era mal y cerraba mal, todo se inundaba al ducharse. Television muy pequena y antigua. |

calme de l'hôtel (si voisins pas bruyants). Situé non loin du centre de Rennes et dans une zone commerciale. Petit espace pour une famille de 4 personnes, pas de porte à la chambre, pas de porte entre la cuisine et le salon (bruit du frigo), taches multiples sur la moquette, traces multiples sur les murs, 2 oreillers sur 4 étaient inutilisables car sentaient trop mauvais. |

Está muy bien comunicada para ver diferentes puntos de interés de Bretaña. Es una zona muy tranquila y muy buena relación calidad precio. |
