This is actually not a hotel room but a tiny flat. There was no bed but a folding sofa instead. Noisy and not comfortable. The breakfast was invoiced twice while I was alone. There was no milk at breakfast which is rather unusual. There was no hotel available around so I guess they raised the price but this was far too expensive for what it is.

Location is OK. Train station is very close to apart . You can go to Paris by train easily Not very clean.Kitchen equipment is not OK.sometimes internet access is very slow

I contacted the Hotel Staff to confirm my booking and to get instructions on my late arrival, they provided me with clear instruction on accessing the hotel and secure keys to my apartment. Never saw the staff at arrival or leaving, but the welcome pack was clear to the point. Had to open the windows, gets very hot in the apartment, No Air Con. Hard to get to bed, people laughing and making a racket in the early hours of the morning

Proximité rer et commerces. L'isolation des appartements et voisinage bruyants. Les équipements de cuisine commencent à être vieillissants et la vaisselle était moyennement propre. Pas d'équipement télé canal+ ... Le fait de ne pas recevoir la facture lors du règlement. Compte tenu de mes horaires, je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de croiser le personnel d'accueil. Du coup, je dois faire une demande par mail pour recevoir ma facture. Un détail ... mais

La ville de Cergy le haut est très sympathique, et tous le nécessaire pour vivre est proche de l'hotel avec sa gare, ses resto, son super marché et son super cinéma. On peux tout faire a pieds, c'est vraiment pratique.

Bon rapport qualité prix La qualité des confitures, le manque de choix en pain et pas vu de grille pain. Revoir la fixation de la barre de pomme de douche de la ch 407, elle tombe au moindre mouvement. La réservation impose 2 petit dej par nuit même si on est seul....!

Appartement bien équipé et en trés bon état, ideal pour un séjour professionnel. Je trouve qu'íl est dommage que cet apparthotel, qui devrait étre pour des séjours pro ou vacances, ce transforme en residence pour des familles nombreuses.

La salle de bains avec une grande cabine de douche. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas , nous avons été prévenus par la réceptionniste en arrivant. Il n'y a pas eu de geste commercial. Il n'y avait pas non plus de petit déjeuner le dimanche. La chambre à coucher est petite pour deux personnes.
