Nearest to RER Nearest to local commodities Apart city support team's service .
Our reservation was cancelled because our credit card didn't function . The booking.com could have called us and informed us. Instead the reservation was cancelled . The booking .com did not come to rescue . Our flight was delayed and we reached @23:00 at hotel . Imagine your reservation was cancelled and you have no idea for what . Apart city support team gave us a room for a night and the issue was resolved next day . Thanks to apart city !!
Kitchen facilities sound isolation between rooms
The reception is not answering 24 hours as claimed The breakfast is poor and not enough for all the clients.
Close to bus and train stop
They expect the guest to leave clean kitchen and dishes behind but they do not provide any cleaning materials.
Location on the London to Paris cycle route. Ease of access. Staff were good. Breakfast was good value. Good stop off for three blokes on a bike ride or an overnight when travelling. Plenty of bed spaces.
Average cleanliness. Basic facilities. Local facilities very basic or none existent. One restaurant (which was good and friendly), a bar tabac and a boulangerie.
It was a reasonable stop over for a group of us cycling to Paris. Friendly residents.
We got delayed on the way down, which left us about 10 minutes late arriving. The instructions for what to do were not clear and there was no English version. Fortunately we had the help of some of the residents, but even they struggled.
Absolutely nothing! Booking.com should consider removing this property from the list. Formal complaint in the way with photographic evidence of poor cleanliness..
All of the above, formal complaint on th way! What a waste of time.. Total disappointment for the whole family!!!
Located near train station, restaurant, cafe & shops, The receptionist the following day was very apologetic and helpfull.
Sms with room details not received, reception had closed at 3 pm and I had over 30 minutes wait on mobile phone to get any response. Bed had metal dormitory style frame and tv didn't work.
location price cleanliness
some repairs should be done : the table was totally unstable, the door of the bathroom had a hole A bit small
Right on the Avenue Verte so very convenient for our trip, nice to have your own kitchen facilities, nice sized room with big dressing table and very clean.
Broken shower door in our apartment, the kitchen was only stocked with one medium sized frying pan and no saucepan or kettle so we were limited as to what we could cook, bed was only a fold-out sofa bed but was still quite comfy for one night. Wouldn't want to stay here for too long though! No bike storage unless you specifically ask to leave them in the quite spartan garage.
Beds comfy and good shower (although broken pipe until my husband fixed it!)
First impression : its filthy, disgusting and stinks! Carpets were vile. When I spoke to the receptionist, she admitted there was a problem with the big appartment we were in, but could not do anything to help. We spent 40€ on cleaning stuff and set to work ( after driving for 6 hours!) At least the bed sheets were clean . The kitchenette was handy with big fridge and dishwasher. Location was ok but is out in zone 5 for train so trip into paris long and expensive. Found it easier to drive for 20 mins to nearer metro station. Really, you get what you pay for, perfect for group of travellers but not for families with children.
It was a student accom. Facilities we're run down and tired, very used!Nothing like the pictures on the web site. Go here for cheap no frills, only problem is it is not cheap.
Reasonable sized room, price but you do get what you pay for!!
lack of staff and very strange check in procedure. Lack of facilities
1.The services and the facilitating contact in case of late check-in. 2. Location on Zone 5, but near RER station. Small town in suburb.
When going on SNCF strike, few coming of train/RER may cause late return in the night.
Size of apartment, bedding clean
Broken mirror, broken shower, needs updating a few stains on the carpets, parking not good.
Cooking facilities very useful
Check in arrangements. We arrived on a Sunday when the hotel is not staffed. We eventaually found a small notice that told us to ring a number. When we did we were given a code to get in. It didn't work. They tried another code which finally let us in and were able to get a key. We probably more than doubled the cost of the apartment in the long phone call charged at global roaming rates. It would have been good to have been given clear instructions before arriving.
Location is just near Train Station
No regular cleaning
Shopping/food area close by
Nobody there to give us a key. Cost a fortune to call around to find a pin to get in the building, then another one to get key. After waiting around for close to 2 hours, the door key didn't work. Ended up going to a different hotel. The area didn't feel safe either.
For the money can't complain.
This hotel came up under Bookings.Com's Versailles location. Sounded nice, so we booked it, only to discover Cergny Le Haut is dozens of KMs away from Versailles and we had no car. Tries to cancel, realizing we might be penalized the first night....but got stuck for the whole 3 nights. BOO for Booking's misleading website and refusal to try to get the minimum penalty for a mistake that Bookings at least partly shares the blame for! :(
The apartment is big with two comfortable rooms. The staff is very helpful too and provide us another room with hot water.
Nothing. Everything is fine.
Lobby dirty doors with dirty finger prints that could easily have been painted or washed,tv remote not functional had to shake it in order for it to work.
Good location close to motorway. And train station just very short walk from hotel.
There was no hot water in apartment. After second complain girl from the reception promised to fix problem in one hour time. But after patient one hour waiting we found out reception closed. It was Easter weekend so reception closed for two days. Emergency phone number was not working. Next morning breakfast serving man given me some manager phone number but what I could do just leave voicemail. So we stayed for three nights in apartment with no hot water and no help. I’m just wondering what if we would lose the keys…
The good thing was being very close to RER.( 2 min walk) Receptionists were very kind and helpful' Muhhamed and the young lady.
cleanliness. being far from paris (around 40 min to paris by RER)
The independence the magnetic key gave. The very pleasant staff. The ease with which I could travel to Auvers-sur-Oise, my destination.
I think the requirements of the guests could be a little more diplomatically put. After all the guests make it pay. I'm thinking of the vague suggestion that the guests should hoover the appartment. The kitchen ok, but the rest the hotel should take care of. Just my opinion based on other accomodation. I thought the door separating the reception and the appartments could do with a lick of paint and the rubbish on the front lawn picked up ( a 5 minute job). The dustbin at the main entrance should either be emptied regularly or removed.
